“If you’re looking for a mood booster while shopping for hardware, this is the place to be! They are the kindest and most helpful people who make you feel so welcome. I'm always anxious and usually confused about what I need when I'm shopping for hardware, but I never feel like that here. I can ask a bunch of questions to figure out what I want to do without feeling annoying, AND they give fantastic advice and suggestions. Highly recommend making this your new favorite hardware store!
I really love a smaller business where the employees feel like friends and they remember you when you stop in. I always leave with a smile on my face and a greater appreciation for the fact that good people still exist.”
“I absolutely love this store—it's amazing! The staff here is always extremely helpful, and I always have an incredible time whenever I visit. I even love just coming in to look, shop, and browse. They make the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend!”

“The employees at Ostrom’s Hardware are such awesome people. Whenever I go there I receive outstanding customer service. Today, in answer to a question I had while in the checkout line, a young man walked back with me to an area I had been looking in and provided a solution I hadn’t even considered. That’s going the extra mile! Thank you, Ostrom’s, for coming to my rescue.”
