“I would just like to say how happy I am with this company's customer service! I was needing helium for a wedding reception and was recommended AIRGAS and Praxair. I contacted both with the same questions and Praxair responded but did nothing to help but tell me to contact the local store! However after contacting AIRGAS, Keith at the regional or corporate office emailed me that day and provided me information and answered my initial questions before letting me know to contact the Fargo store directly for more specifics. Melvin replied right away to each email I sent him and was very helpful getting me familiar with the process, giving me my best choices on tanks and estimates on prices and told me that we could lock it in for my use. Soon after, Brent contacted me to verify that I wanted to reserve the tank so he could help me with that! I would like to know who to contact to recommend commendations to each of these men!”

“I received a catalog in the mail and I found what I wanted on sale. I went to pick them up but could only find one of the tools. I was surprised there was no catalog at the store to show what it was I was looking for as I forgot my book. Did not find the second item but did find a lot of other stuff. “I love this Home Depot! We used to have a Home Depot in Bismarck, but now this is the closest place to shop at one. It is super clean and spacious; the have a pretty good amount of products to choose from! Sometimes they have great clearance selections or deals. The staff is usually welcoming and friendly; haven't had a problem here!”
