“I was looking for a certain pair of On running shoes. Mill City Running had the best price and shipped them out promptly. I ordered them on a Wednesday morning and they were shipped by the afternoon. I would've had them by Friday if the USPS in our city didn't hold onto them for 4 days. This is no reflection on Mill City. They did their part promptly. I would definitely order from them again.”

“I have been hunting for a replacement hot tub cover for 4 months. I purchased my marquee hot tub in 2017. Ive gotten all sorts of different measurements for my corner radius which made it impossible to order one online. My local pool supply store offered a cover that was $1200 and would take 8-10 weeks. I saw a Facebook market place ad that Ariel posted. She was extremely helpful and responsive to all my messages. I was able to pick up a cover and it fits perfectly! “Stopped by to get cross country skis for myself and my son. I'm what you might call an advanced beginner and he's just getting started, so I don't know anything about choosing skis. The store associates and manager were so knowledgeable and helpful. One sales associate in particular spent a ton of time finding just the right skis, boots and poles for each of us--he was super friendly, professional and went the extra mile. We will definitely be back to this location for future sporting goods needs! Now all we need is a snowy winter. ?”

“Again. Amazed and impressed on how the fitting process dials in the "right" club. Mark O at the Minneapolis 2nd Swing location was smooth, knowledgeable and literally took me through four or five separate upgraded driver options for me to compare to my Taylor Made R1 that has been treating me well. Once down the "the" club, a Ping G425, Mark then tweaked my R1 to better match my swing with five balls each per club. Night and day difference, the Ping G425 wins. Actually was heading straight to the course for a round with the new driver. Happy place. The value in having someone dial in what you are looking for from the thousands, literally, thousands of choices available at these stores and online is priceless. Thanks again Mark and Andrew.”

“I wanted to treat my nephew to some nice cleats as hey congrats for making a competitive club soccer team. I figured Planet Soccer would be super knowledgeable and couldn't be happier with the decision to go there. I know both my nephew and I learned a lot about soccer cleats and the customer service was exemplary. I had an opportunity to chat with the owner of the place Sia and he was a great guy. I have no idea how competitive their pricing is but I always try to support local businesses when I can and this was another great experience in doing so.If you're looking for a great selection and phenomenal customer service when it comes to anything soccer related, I would highly recommend going to this store!”

“Me and my wife were hunting for Macy's specifically, when we were in the MN downtown and decided to drive to here for its proximity. I must admit that this was one of the biggest Macy's stores that I've been to; the other two being the one at Ridgedale and the one that was in MN downtown which got closed.Finding this place on map wasn't a big deal and the parking place was quite spacious. We stopped here for a quick shopping as I had a malfunction with my cloth that I couldn't continue using it and we had a birthday party to attend to.The shop was wide open with choices of dresses in various sections and I quickly found what I needed, bought it, wore it and got me scanned on the POS counter.I rate this place 4 star for the abundant variety of dresses that they have and the hassle free checkout experience they create for their customers. I rate this place one star less for the typical pricey price of Macy's and the not-so-clean dress change rooms that they have. They could have someone have the change rooms regularly checked and cleaned up.”
“Whole lot of everything for everybody! Found my all black Twins relaxed 47 brand cap. Looks awesome. I will say the steps up to the top floor are horrendous, and the elevator on the bottom floor is hiding in the SW corner, while I couldn't even find where it comes out on the second floor to use. No signage I could see. Big problem for us with a limp.”
“The shop itself could use some updating. That said, I had to give 5 stars due to the level of service I received from Tony! He is super knowledgeable and had so much patience with me. He gave me a fair deal for my trade-in and set me up with skates that were a much better fit for me. I'm self-aware enough to know I am particular and not always the easiest customer, so kudos to him for truly making it an easy and enjoyable process. I will only shop at Dave's and work Tony going forward!”
“The two ladies holding the store down were incredibly helpful. I must of had 5 or 6 pairs of shoes brought out to me and only liking 1 pair. Just as I walked in there a was a customer upset about something and was unbelievably rude to one of the female employees. She dealt with it like a CHAMP! Lol for real tho! Applause ? to her. They should have some more security in there for the women. I can imagine this was not the employees first run in with a disgruntled idiot :) thanks yall!”
