“been a usi customer for over two years now and am never looking back as long as i live in mn! service is very reasonably priced given the quality of the internet service, and troubleshooting is a breeze. i had an issue with connectivity / old wiring in my house and it was completely resolved over the course of three days. they give you the option to rent a router (first month free, then 10/month afterward) which is super generous. i’ll be testing out my old router to see if the issue has resolved, but if not i’m happy to continue using the rental router. support this local business!!!!”

Even when I had technical issues porting my numbers from AT&T they went over the top to help me. Then when I had problems with using too much data from my phone as a mobile hotspot they helped with a solution that I didn't expect and was better than I could have hoped for. “I went in today because I didn't have any service. I was helped immediately. Told them my issue. I was told that the problem should be resolved. I said I just tried making a phone call before I left home. So I make a call and the phone's working. I was a bit irritated but not with the employee. I made small talk with a couple of the employees (1 tried to get me to buy something lol) and left still irritated cause I burned gas to drive there but wasn't upset with the employees. They were very professional and good spirited. I wished them a good evening and went home. Verizon needs to do better tho.”

I avoid these types of stores because I HATE the usual sales push but I was desperate for tech support (tried on line support but they couldn’t solve the problem). It took Cullen a couple of minutes but he happily solved the problem and didn’t try to push anything on me I did not want. Sincerely appreciated!”

That was my most recent experience updating my 7 year old phone with all sorts of problems. I was there last Saturday had done the backup and purchased a new phone. Returned Sunday because there were things that didn't open.
Made an appointment worked with Brett and mostly Cyrus and he resolved the 7 issues I was experiencing with the new phone. Cyrus spent the necessary time to explain why and what he was doing. Both Brett and Cyrus provided valuable information to avoid so the phone remains at best performance and things I should also be aware of.
No better Verizon store and their staff to completely satisfy you. Thank you again Brett and Cyrus.”

“The store was busy & there was a little bit of a wait, but that was fine…plus they were training in a new staff member. Shawna (I think that’s how you spell her name) she did an amazing job,! She was checking people in as they come in through the door, but also assisting customers at the computer as well as training a new staff member, plus assisting other staff members. I gave her two thumbs up and a 12 out of 10 for her work performance. Plus a perfect 10 because she was attractive…Great job!!!”
