“I’ve been to this store before, but this time it was full. I was the fifth or sixth customer in line. Cam was the only employee in the store and an absolute rockstar. I stood there and watched him simultaneously help two people move into new phones while helping a third buy a new phone and add a new line to an existing account. While I was watching, the Verizon system went down. He didn’t skip a beat. He did what he could until he was able to access the system again and process orders and help customers. 100% professional and a genuine rockstar.”

Otherwise the sales person was great and did a good job of explaining everything and reviewing all my options. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell.”
