“What a fabulous place!!! I had been to 2 cellphone stores and was told I probably need a new phone. I went to this repair shop and the gentleman at the counter told me the cost of replacing the part I need but said let me see if I can just clean it out first. “I’ve been to this store before, but this time it was full. I was the fifth or sixth customer in line. Cam was the only employee in the store and an absolute rockstar. I stood there and watched him simultaneously help two people move into new phones while helping a third buy a new phone and add a new line to an existing account. While I was watching, the Verizon system went down. He didn’t skip a beat. He did what he could until he was able to access the system again and process orders and help customers. 100% professional and a genuine rockstar.”

“I’m so late for this review, but Mafata was magnificent! After dealing with a rep at Crystal I believe his name was Davin I can’t remember I had just bought a 17 Pro Max and the phone was defective! I went back, told him and Davin made the exchange of the phone really complicated. I was fed up with his push back and went to this location. After hearing my story and seeing that the phone was indeed defective herself. Mafata helped me because I was still within the 5 days for the exchange process. She was so polite and helpful. I even told the manager how amazing she was if you ever go there ask for Mafata she’s literally the BEST!”
