On a recent visit to New Prague, my order was delayed beyond the time it was scheduled due to a machine having gone out of service. Kelly did a great job of customer service by explaining the delay and communicating the order status as she did her best to prioritize my order, as I was there waiting.”

“When I went to pick up my medication this morning, the pharmacy was busy. Once they saw that more than one person was waiting they paged for another staff member to come and assist the pharmacy. This allowed me to get my prescriptions and things that I needed quickly without much of a wait time at all. Tom, the Associate who assisted me with my medication purchase Was kind and courteous”
