“Sadly ,I was hit by a car who ran a red light. This is my first accident but to be honest I had the BEST experience getting my car repaired at this location. I went on vacation for 1 a week and within that week I was always informed of what was going on with my car. Everyone is very professional and answered all of my questions. If i'm not mistaken the whole process took under 2 weeks. When I came back from vacation my car was back to normal as if nothing ever happened to it. “We called Inver Grove Mazda because the front door of our 2017 Mazda would not latch shut. The service assistor timely checked the probable problem, checked if the parts were available and informed me of the estimate cost and notified me that the part was not in stock in the Twin Cities and must be ordered from chicago. We dropped off the car and the repairs were done and the estimated costs were right on. Inver Grove Mazda also identified other repairs that needed to be done. We will have those repairs completed soon. There is absolutely nothing better you can hope for when your car breaks down. Thank you great employees at Inver Grove Mazda.”

“This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I got it up here so others know how great this dealership is. I bought my new palisade back in July and it was the best car purchasing experience I have had to date. Our sales guy, Garrett was absolutely phenomenal. It started out over the phone with him because we knew exactly what we wanted but had a less than desirable experience a few days prior with another dealership. He listened to what we wanted, gave us info on our trade in and delivered everything he said he would upon our arrival in a timely manner as requested. The new vehicle was pulled up all washed and ready for a test drive when we arrived. After our test drive all we had to do was go through a couple things with the trade and we were quickly on our way into George’s office (he was also wonderful) to finish with financing quickly just as we were hoping. Although Garrett was very busy that day he then took a significant amount of time to sit in the new car with us and go over all the features. We drove to this specific dealership even though it was much further than another because of his service. It was well worth the extra drive time. I usually dread dealing with the new vehicle purchasing process but he made it a great experience - so much so that I sent my parents his way for a new vehicle as well and would recommend Garrett and Burkle Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle.”
