“Very good Wash. Offers choice of high pressure wash or brushes. If you pick the right level, it will wash your wheels which I like because it takes off the brake dust. I have noticed on occasion that it will not detect where my front wheels are, and it will wash the door instead. Worried me initially because I thought it might damage the door, but I’ve never seen any damage from it. Hopefully they can get that adjusted.”

“Devin. Best customer service ever!!! Great employee. I went into the restroom after Devin
had cleaned the rest room. Great job. Plus Devin had good energy at the register. Devin makes Holiday Great!”

“Fast, clear communication, and extremely patient and kind. My go-to pick up for medicine. Never really encountered any issues besides some wait time, but it’s usually never that long.”

“The ATMs were out of order and Toni was the cashier that helped me. She provided AMAZING customer service. She was on the ball helping everyone around her, she had the answers to everyone’s questions. And when I called back to inquire about her name, of course it was Toni who answered the phone immediately.
The store was clean and well stocked. Wonderful as always. My family tries to go to Kwik Trip whenever it is an option. We’ll drive out of our way a bit even.
But Toni’s customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She should be a manager.”
