“Tis the season for the holiday cashiers. The line was short but everybody seemed a little unexperienced. There was a woman in a different Lane in a heated conversation about trying to return or exchange something and wasn't getting the value of her Kohl's cash returned to her so she was pretty upset. It is what it is during the holidays. In my experience department stores have pretty half-assed trained employees for the temporary holiday help. Got what I need at twice the price I paid for last year. But it's for the new dog edition for the family so it is what it is.”
“Furnace was not staying on. Technician came and promptly got to work. Diagnosed the problem quickly as a drainage issue. Cleared clogs and replaced parts of the pipe and put a temporary fix. The fix is temporary since this part of furnace is not handled by this company (but needs installation company). I am happy with quick diagnosis and the fact that furnace is up and running.”

“Maplewood Kohl's is what I would call a standard Kohl's. It's always clean, generally neat and tidy racks and shelves, and a nice selection of everything you'd expect from a department store. However, like all Kohl's stores, they aren't quite the same as they used to be. The once amazing deals have gone away.”

“My son has a JCPenney's credit card and he needed to do a return recently which I took care of for him. I have to say that their return policy was wonderful and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. It was a very nice experience”
“To be honest my perception of Nordstrom from viewing on the website was I'm going to the land of Oz, so my expectations were extremely high, I thought it was going to be the ultimate shopping experience with thousands of boots and shoes to choose from, well they do have an assortment of footwear, just not what I pictured, you can order from the Internet and have them shipped to the store, but over all the store is nice, people are nice, so yeah good store ?????”

“Probably one of the nicest Target stores in the Twin Cities. Store is normally well stocked. Great selection of produce. Many checkouts, so usually short wait times. Large, accessible parking area as well.”

“I live quite aways from Home Goods but when in the area I make a stop. This trip was disappointing. The store was cluttered with items needing to be placed on display. It was difficult to get around the store. I did find one item but after trying to walk the store with all the extra shelving if merchandise I gave up and left. Although the clerks at checkout were very nice the shipping experience left something to be desired. I went on a Wednesday, one would think it would be an easy shopping experience, it was not”

“This is my go-to Target! It's smaller but it's always clean, organized, and I know where to find the things I need. It's not super crowded with a lot of people. The staff is always friendly and their customer service is great.
Update 5/22/2024 - I've been coming here daily, for 10 years now. With the whole re-model, I really don't like that we cannot self check out as much anymore during a certain time. I like to shop early @ 7-8 am & do my check out in peace & quiet at the self check-out, lol. I don't want any communication. ? I know this is the new Target guidelines. But I hate it! Customer service had always been great, though.”
“Wonderful experience! I was struggling to look for some eye shadow that I needed for a Halloween costume and was approached by worker “Melinda.” Told her what I needed specifically and she was very optimistic and helpful! Melinda even went out of her way to test the sample on her skin for me so I could see how the texture would look.”

Shelves are well stocked with desirable items. Greens at a very good price & very wholesome. Sadly, however, gluten free breads/cookies/crackers are much too expensive. Also, many beverages such as soda, root beer, and other products such as ketchup, and ice cream all have high fructose corn syrup which is undesirable. I much prefer root beer, other beverages, and foods that contain sugar. Target personnel are very polite to the customers which makes the shopping experience a pleasant one.”

I bought around $600 worth of merchandise and he went the extra mile from the start.
Great at multi tasking. He helped me and communicated with every customer as they walked up or by.
Phenomenal communication. He explained every discount and why they were being applied. He was very careful and considerate when it came to bagging my purchase.
He also related to me about the Toy Story doll I bought my son. We joked about a movie called “small soldiers” we both had watched as kids. A very genuine and memorable interaction you usually don’t get in the “real world.”
To top it all off I left my receipt on the counter and John ran it to me before I could get to my car.
All in all I couldn’t have been more pleased. There’s not much difference from store to store so it’s the people like John who truly make these trips stand out.”

“Love me some Target! This is in a decent location given what is around. They have some grocery and they also have a coffee shop inside. The parking lots at Targets are laid out a bit differently now due to Order Pick-ups but find parking is not a problem. I am sure I will be back.”

“The woman at the front desk was more than helpful, so nice and actually honest with me unlike other places. They changed my headlight in 15 minutes and it was quite the deal. Will go here first for any car services I need in the future.”
“I had a great time here at this Burlington. The inside building was clean and very neat! I just didn't like the workers there because they were like zombies on the job lol! Other than that, I would come here again.”
“Buy all my gas there, they have non oxygen (no ethanol) gas for collector cars and small engines. Only drawback is all the old farts buying and redeeming lottery tickets”
“I shop here frequently. The only complaint I have is they are out of stock of a lot of items on a regular basis. I can go to the Blaine Superstore and they have a lot more available. The Vadnais Heights store used to carry a lot of different products that they don't have anymore. It's really disappointing.
Update 2024; well they aren't any better than they were two years ago. They've actually gotten worse. I am so sick of going to the store and finding out they don't have what I'm looking for in stock. They redid the parking lot and took away several handicap spots. That has frustrated me and other customers I have interacted with I have contacted corporate and they do absolutely nothing about it ,what good is it to contact the corporate phone number when they won't do anything anyway? I call this the hoopdi walmart.”

Both are extremely professional, attentive, and always receptive to customer needs. “You know going into Walmart it's gonna suck. You know going in during the Holiday season it's going to suck particularly bad. This Walmart sucks in particular year round. I'd blame the staff if i could, but they also know it sucks. I can see it in their eyes. That being said they got the deals, like it or not.”
