“CJ was beyond helpful when I was trying to exchange a phone sold to me by the West St Paul corp location. The agent at WSP sold me a phone but failed to tell me the new model was coming out two days later. Although CJ was not able to get me the new phone to make the exchange, I am positive he did everything he could to try to make it happen for me. There was nothing in it for him which is how I know this is an reputable and honest business! He followed through with everything he said he would, was great at communicating, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store for anyone looking for honesty. The employees are not just there to make a buck off of you, they seem to truly care. All future Verizon purchases will be made at this store, CJ deserves a raise! :)”

“Fosmon Wave Link 51005HOM works great for our two cats! Didn't need the bracket. Used 3M removable Velcro to attach sensor to wall 8" from floor near litter box pathway. Plugged in receiver in another centrally located room. Now when the vet visits require a "sample" we know who used the litter box. Great being able to choose chime volume and type. Can't thank these folks enough for creating a really smart unit.”

“Love me some Target! This is in a decent location given what is around. They have some grocery and they also have a coffee shop inside. The parking lots at Targets are laid out a bit differently now due to Order Pick-ups but find parking is not a problem. I am sure I will be back.”

“I had such a great experience with Joseph at the MetroPCS in Woodbury! His work ethic truly stood out from the moment I walked in. He went above and beyond to make sure my number transfer to MetroPCS was smooth and stress-free.
Joseph was patient, professional, and incredibly dedicated to getting everything set up correctly. Even when there were a few hiccups during the transfer process, he stayed committed and didn’t give up until everything was resolved. That level of persistence and customer care is hard to find these days.
You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers and making sure they leave satisfied. If you’re going to this location, I highly recommend asking for Joseph—he’ll take great care of you!”
“Had been having serious trouble with my phone with boost and straight talk and couldn't take it anymore. Nahu was an amazing guy, was willing to work with me and gave me good knowledge about the phone I selected, storage usage and benefits I get with my phone plan. Very nice guy and he even offered me and a few others chips which was very sweet of him. Please keep him at this location, its very convenient for me but also my dad had been with metro for over 3 years and I see why. Great services so far and great phone. Thank you sooooo much!”
