“I had been to one La Z Boy and the folks were pretty unhelpful and a bit surly, so since I wanted to go back to look at more fabrics I picked a different location to try and ended up at this one in Woodbury. After a slow start (my fault, not theirs), I ended up with 3 women helping me for about 1.5 hours. One worked on the computer with a photograph I had of the space and inserted the recliners and fabrics I was considering so that we could see what it would actually look like in place. The other two were helping me pick out fabrics, then a rug to match, and even suggested an accent wall to bring out the colors of the new fabrics we decided on. What had been a stressful situation for me ended up being very fun and productive and I was very grateful. I am disappointed that La Z Boy is charging me $300 to deliver 3 pieces, but that is the store’s fault and not these helpful women’s.”

“I bought two twin sets from here. Got it delivered, and the delivery guy tried to give me a smaller twin box spring that didn't match. I told him it's not mine and I did not pay for that. The wrong box was half the size of the original one...He wouldn't take it back and told me I'll have to order another one and pay for delivery again. I was furious at that point and called the store. They were happy to correct their mistake. The delivery guy took the wrong box back and dropped off the correct box within the hour. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, as I've purchased from them before.”
