They performed a free oil change for me during their annual Salute to Veterans event—and even provided lunch. That alone says a lot about who they are, but the service backs it up. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional. They walk you around your vehicle while it’s on the hoist and show you exactly what they’re looking at.

“I went to this shop because I had a coupon for a free oil change. Never heard of this place before. I'm used to jiffy lube or the 5 minute places. This shop was so clean and nice! I was worried about having to being my toddler with, but the staff in the lobby were very welcoming to her, even offering her snacks! The service was pretty quick too! From the very beginning, Raheem was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He answered every question I had and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
Adam in financing was just as wonderful. He was clear, answered all of my questions, and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy.
I ended up buying a car that I absolutely LOVE at a great price! Raheem even went above and beyond after the sale. He was basically an IT expert, helping me get the Ford app set up on my phone and actually teaching me how to use everything, which was incredibly helpful.

“Been going to Zaks for about a couple of years now and my choice for them to do my service has only increased. They’re very knowledgeable and skillful mechanics. Above all they’re very pleasant to do business with and will go out of their way to help you. Recently my daughter’s Honda Passport had an interior water leak as a result of a plugged AC drip tube. They got it in the next morning and were also able to squeeze an oil change that day even though they were busy. I refer people to them without any hesitance.”

“Friendly staff. The mechanic YER Hang did a good job finding a way to replace the inner tie rod in such a tie area to work with, there were some adjustments that had to be made during the process and he was there to let me know going foward to replace it, no extra charge. I am very satisfied.”
“Brought my tire in for a valve stem replacement. Got it done in a timely manner and seems to be holding air once again.
I backed up to the shop door (for loading) once I returned to the shop but I decided I was going to put the tire and rim back on right then and there. This due to storm clouds rolling in, in the middle of moving out of an apartment, preserve my spare tire, and simply to not have to move all things a few more times. To my surprise, a Technician came over with; not only a larger Jack, but an Impact Gun and Socket as well. He then proceeds to do the entire installation process for me. Only things these fine folks didn't do was; not charge me, nor drive the car home. All this without being asked. Very grateful, many thanks, and a tip of my hat to the Staff.”

He brought it in to Maplewood Auto Service yesterday and they told him there was a minor leak in a seal.
