“I went in a few days ago to have someone help with activating new phones we ordered online. Even though this wasn't a sale for the store, Colton helped me through every step! He is a great multitasker and has great energy (bouncing from customer to customer as needed while not neglecting me). He has awesome people skills and even left me at one point to hold the door open for someone who may have needed help. Colton wasn't pushy with any add-on sales. In fact, I brought up internet service and within minutes he reduced my current internet bill by about 60% so I left my current provider right on the spot! I wanted to give a shoutout to Colton and the entire team at the Stillwater store. Note to corporate: I have a lot of history in Retail HR Management, and I say that Colton should be managing his own store!”
