“My Range Rover fob went through the wash. I took it in to Batteries Plus on the outside chance that it messed up the battery but I was not optimistic. Associate took it apart, cleaned it up with some contact cleaner and compressed air, put it all back together and bingo, I had functioning fob. They also take back batteries, and on a previous visit the associate helped me carry in a couple car batteries I was recycling. Great service!”

“I went into the store today to purchase some antifreeze. The gentleman that helped me was Dwight and I must say it was a very delightful experience! We got to talking and it ends up we have some mutual friends and it shows you what a small world it is. He also helped me put the antifreeze in my car for which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Everybody working in the store were there were very respectful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable! When I'm traveling anywhere in the country I usually pick O'Reilly for this particular reason. I'm never disappointed when shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Tell him ? sent you!”

“I was so lost when I came to this store I have a foreign Vehicle and it stops right in front of O’Reillys I went in to inquire about a battery and when we went out to find out what battery I needed it stopped on me. I asked for a jump, and then it wouldn’t start at all these guys To try to figure out what was wrong with Try to get it started it was so cold outside and they froze their bottoms off to help finally We took a gamble and put a new battery in and got my car up and running and into the shop I went O’Reillys you know how to make Mr feel important the manager was awesome Who ever says shivery is dead has never been to O’Reilly’s !!!! in maplewood , Minnesota”
“The employee at this store are polite and hard workers. They even go extra mile to make sure u get the product in need not what u thought u want. There is also a few soul that are good at Lexington store and n the worst O'Reilly's is on rice streets. Lexington do send used parts. ✔️ Buying is eazy but warranty and return is always an issue”

“Hands Down the Greatest Experience I’ve ever had at a parts store! I walked in and was greeted with the biggest beautiful smile! Lisa is like a ray of sunshine! I always hated going into a parts store but not no more! Lisa asked me how she could help me, I told her I needed a number of different things from wiper blades, motor oil, my car was making a bunch of noises and I had a headlight out. I gave her my license plate number and away she went! She had gathered all my items checked me out and away she went. After installing my new wiper blades, head lights and fluids. She asked me to start my car, and she made sure all the lights worked, wipers worked, she noticed my tire was low and helped me get that I was good to go! Absolutely wonderful young lady!
