“I came in hoping to make a deposit and withdrawal a little cash before my vacation but I was 5 min past 5:00 when they closed, this was at Medina location but when Joshua came outside I said hi , he recognized me right away and was so helpful he talk to manager as she was getting ready to leave was able to open up the drive thru to help me with my transaction. It was very nice of him he didn’t have to stay after but he did it was great , he does an amazing job everytime I come in.”

It had been years since I had gone through the borrowing and purchasing process and she made it simple.

“I have been with BMO for a few years now, and it actually has customer service. I came to this location to get a new debit card and to make a deposit. After seeing the teller, I worked with a banker to get my new card. I believe I was in the branch for about 10 minutes, at most. There has not been a negative experience in branch or on the phone with BMO. They value me as a customer and work hard to ensure that any issues are quickly resolved and questions are thoroughly answered. I typically only use their online services, so it's nice to see that in-person services are just as friendly and effective.”
“Very good experience with Magnifi. Highly recommend their land loans. Logan Hanson was my loan officer and was terrific to work with. Down to earth, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, etc...I felt like he was actually helping me and looking out for my best interests, rather than just working for the bank (which is what all my other experiences have felt like).
