“I had a larger casement window installed and my contractors supplier was Hamel True Value Building Center. The window was installed correctly but during the cold spell last Winter an issue with the window performance occurred and a warranty claim was initiated by me.

Steve Theiste, the salesman worked with my contractor, window supplier, and me to resolve the issue and it was determined a new window would result. Steve had to keep up with me and all of the back and forth, and he ordered a new window. I was very impressed with his professionalism and patience as we worked through the warranty and recommend his expertise to anyone looking for new windows.”

“"I have been retired for some time now. I used to work with Jim at Toll Welding in Plymouth when I started my own business. Jim was very helpful in getting me started, and the company was dedicated to helping small business owners. There was also Brian, who was always friendly towards me. However, after the events of 9/11, I didn't have the courage to keep going. Nevertheless, I had made a name for myself and eventually sold my business to focus on building up welding departments. I took Toll with me wherever I went, as they always beat the competition's prices. Being a Miller guy, I was also kept up to date with new products, and Toll's reliability and aggressiveness made me look good. Unfortunately, Toll doesn't exist where I live now, which is a real shame. I wanted to say thank you to Toll for everything they did for me."”

“It's a home improvement store, so what can I really say? Just like all others of its ilk, they have virtually every standard home improvement product you could want. And just like all other big home improvement stores, the staff generally range from unhelpful to downright wrong in their advice (but at least they give it confidently and with a smile?).

They decorate for Christmas before Halloween is even here, so that's either plus a couple stars or negative a couple stars depending on who you are. Ho ho ho.”

“I did an online sale of a new water heater from the Plymouth Minnesota store. The water heater was ready for us when we arrived. A young gentleman named Michael brought our water heater out. He was so helpful loading the water heater. We had to remove the grandson's car seat and he even helped us get that removed. Thank you Michael for your great service!”

“This has been my go to place for the randomness of my job and taking care of my home. I have been to this location multiple times and have received stellar service . Whenever I stop by I'm always greeted with smiles and helpful workers. On busy days sometimes you have to be patient for for assistance . A worker told me that if you look up the item you are looking for online it actually lists which aisle and what section the item is in. This has been super helpful for when I visit. This has been great. Sometimes when they do not have the item I want in stock there's so much more on their website. I've had these delivered to my place of work and also done pick ups at the actual. It has been super h lồi.”

“I walked in about 6:45 PM to rent a 20” chainsaw. Brad helped me and told me before I departed with it that I should try and start it with several pulls first without using the choke because the Echo Brand saw seems to start better that way.
He also said if it didn’t start after three pulls then to use the choke for one pull and then back it off and pull again and it should start.
Well, he was right and once the saw started it ran perfectly and with very good power. The chain on the saw was sharp, the fluids were full and I cut up several tree trunks in about 45 minutes and had the chainsaw returned within 1 1/2 hours.
Have any questions ask for Brad as he’s my new rental go to guy.”
