We have very different shoe needs as I have orthotics and flat feet and my boyfriend does not. Ibrahim asked questions, listened to our needs, and let us try on many shoes. We were both able to find some great shoes & and are very excited to try them out! Amazing experience and customer service!”

“Stopped by- got my feet scanned the awesome staff got me in some super soles 2.0’s that fit perfectly and some insoles that changed my working life as a guy who’s working for 10+ hours a day on his feet. There are plenty of stores closer to me but I’ll always make the drive to Hopkins for the great staff. Also would 100% recommend any of their socks.”
“I bought a pair of boots at a different store that ended up being the wrong size. I called and asked if this maple grove location would accept the exchange for the proper size. I was told to come in and try on the new boots to make sure everything fit properly. When I got to the store, Jason helped me try on the new boots and make sure everything fit as it should. He then helped me pick out the proper oil and cleaning supplies. Jason was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be shopping here from now on!”

Just a great place to check out , never know what you might find . The owner and staff are real nice people , willing to help you find what you need. Good shopping.”

I had previously been to multiple other vendors in the Twin Cities and the sales experience and especially the dress selections were really below average which made me anxious about ever finding anything I might like within my budget.Cue Anthropologie.I loved every single dress on the Anthropologie wedding website because the catalog looked timeless, chic, and elegant and this prompted me to book an appointment with a local store (which I was able to secure the same week). The dresses were a bit above my original budget, but what I saw online was so promising that I was willing to go above what I had in mind. Best. Decision. Ever.I nearly wept publicly from relief when I tried on the first dress in the store. The fabric, fit, and design of their inventory is UNMATCHED in comparison to any "traditional" bridal shops in the Twin Cities. The store associates were incredibly helpful, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about styles. They were able to assess my preferences and pulled dresses beyond what I had originally wanted to try, and I loved every single one.Truly so beyond happy with the experience (I found THE dress!!) and will refer my friends to this location for anything wedding-related. 10/10 experience!! During the course of a week, called 3 stores listed, none had the correct size even though computer said they did. Finally 4th store had my size and put on hold for me. Picked up yesterday!!!!”

“I visited JJill recently and embarrassed myself. Before I left home I grabbed a tank top to return that I had purchased recently, and I had my receipt. The sales woman gently noted that I had the wrong top for the receipt I brought along. She looked at my online sales history. That top although unworn, was a year old! At first I didn't believe her. Then the realization hit me. She was right. I'd grabbed the wrong one. To be honest, I had sorta stressed to her she was incorrect before I realized my mistake.This woman was so kind to me! She alowed me to return this top anyway! Then helped me find a duster in a size I didn't know I needed. It did fit perfectly. “Dressed me last minute for a formal event, put a mid 30s guy in clothes that got multiple comments on how good they looked from teenagers. I think that's worthy of a fantastic rating.They miss 5* just on price. You're absolutely paying for a high quality product, but it's about 20% more expensive than I felt it should be for the kind of clothing you're getting.I will still shop here regularly now, but my wardrobe will be smaller, and I think that's ok.”
