09/2024: Unfortunately, the monthly rental cost has been increasing and we pay 40% more than our friends who rented about 2 weeks before us. The costs are on the higher end and a few times the gate or doors have been broken/inaccessible. The climate controlled units are still great themselves though.”

“I’ve been with this facility for about 3 months and have had a good experience. The manager Jonathan was attentive and answered my many questions. Other staff I’ve interacted with have been good as well. The facility is well lit, clean, and seems secure. It’s conveniently located and convenient to access. It’s also nice to be able to pull into the “garage” to be shielded from the elements! My only concern is the wording in the lease agreement surrounding rate changes. I want to iterate this is surely written at the corporate level vs management at each Extra Storage facility. Also want to highlight I have not experienced any rate changes. I will update my review if/when I do though.”
“Great experience with EZ Storage Roseville. I received a welcoming call from Marnie the morning of my move, and upon arrival Marnie was patient, professional, and extremely helpful. She walked me to my unit, showed me how to use the lock, and helped us find the closest entrance for the movers. It made the move much easier and stress free. Highly recommend.”

She was kind, patient, and understanding, never pushy, and really took the time to help me find the right unit for my needs. The facility itself is spotless and very convenient, with indoor units where you can park inside to load and unload. It made the whole process so much easier. I highly recommend StorageMart in Burnsville, and if you can, ask for Cassie!”

“I stored my belongings during a move for 6 months. The place was secure and everyone who helped me move said that the set up is great for getting trucks and vehicles in and out of the area. They accommodated the cube company I used so they could just drop off the cube and pick it up after it was off-loaded.”
“Huge shout out to Mike and the crew for helping me with a delivery this week! Everyone worked quickly and professionally to get my container delivered and in the right place. Not to mention that our parking lot is tight on space and the container was placed perfectly. I don’t plan on moving again for a while but I would 100% work with this team again. “Clean space. Nice mgmt. The entire time I have been renting though, at least one door is broken. Getting inside is the most difficult access I've ever come across. Terrible. I'll be looking around again.
Update: Uhaul has bought out Extra Storage which is what this review was for. Uhaul has been excellent. Changing my star rating to 5.”

“Super friendly staff. Been with them for several years now and Kristian and Amanda have been very helpful. Very clean, carts are available, elevators and best of all climate controlled. They also have a 3 stall garage feature that you can unload or load which will fit a truck or car which is great for weather extremes in Minnesota. I highly recommend this facility to everyone!!”

“I would like to share an experience I had with a young lady a few days ago . She is New but seems like she understands her job very well. When I came in I was very upset about how my rent rate was arisen and I have been with the company for some time . I told her with all these new people coming in it seems allot fishy but her sweetness and understanding is what took me away as Sonny said she came in to help make things better and get things together as I told her about the stranglers and some of us feel unsafe at times . She did apologize on the behalf of rent increases and did state that due to it being within corporate aspects there’s nothing they can do besides the options provided me . I can say some employees here are good for business and some you can tell just needs a job but the way I was handled I decided to actually stay . She handled me with care and respect very acknowledging and self driven even with her being new she took things in her hands quite well.”

“Well, I had an Emergency. Someone ran into the door, of my usual storage facility. I rented a truck from U-Haul, already. I had to come-in, at 7am, to get a Free First Month Unit. Thank You, as I had already purchased a unit two days previous. I got a Refund, from the other place, but I am far happier, at this Location.
Very clean, and they have bathrooms! This Storage Facility, really solved a big problem.”

This storage unit is not super visible from the street..which is good, keeps rif raf from finding it. April also quickly reached out to me when I stopped my online process to go in person.
