“These guys are great! Highly recommend calling them first! I was in Rochester from out of town. I was by myself. I had a hole in my radiator. These guys got me in the same day, found a new radiator and the next day replaced it. While they were doing that, they drove me back to my hotel so that I didn't have to wait there and then came and picked me up. The bill was more then reasonable.”

“My husband and I go to nobody else to get our cars taken care of. Customer service is top notch. We both love their shuttle service and Ben, the service manager, even helped out when the shuttle driver was a bit behind so I wouldn't be late to an appointment! He didn't have to do that at all and I was wondering if I would have to walk as the time got closer as it really wasn't too far. He saved me from a freezing cold walk which I appreciate!!! They were also up front about a slight issue with a part that would extend my day by several hours but were very quick once it did come in. Since i live out of town there wasnt much to be done, but their lounge is very comfortable and i just relaxed with a book. I'll always tell people to come here for any car service!”

“My only experience with this repair shop was when I took my car here with several engine codes. The technicians tested a few parts, looked over the power train and determined that my car has an intercooler leak. They didn't charge for the diagnostics and recommended me back to the auto dealer. I think that's the first time in a long time I got the hometown auto shop experience in Rochester, true customer service and reliability. “I contacted this Pomp's Tire store knowing I had a problem with the steering tire on my motorcoach which was causing unusual wear and a shimmy in the steering wheel. After explaining my problem to Craig Cosgrove and the fact that I was on my way to Rochester, MN. He replied when you get into Rochester you call and we'll arrange to get you worked into our schedule, which he did. I dropped the coach off intending to be pressured into buying new steering tires plus alignment/balancing. WELL to my surprise Pomp's call saying "Your coach is done, aligned, balanced and your tires look fine...no need to replace. I appreciate doing business with an honest firm and being treated like family. Oh, the mechanics laid down plastic so everything stayed clean!”

“My fiance and I took our Ranger in today for an oil change and worked with Joe and Ross who I can honestly say are 2 of the best employees I've ever worked with in any customer service situation. They're friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and handled every customer they interacted with while we were there with the same level of kindness, integrity, and respect you'd expect someone to give their own mother if she was a customer. They answered every question we had and if they were unable to answer it immediately, they'd find the answer. On top of all of that, their honesty while talking about what tires we should get as we've been basically bald since the end of winter was an exceptionally refreshing thing to witness within the automotive industry.While we were there we also went and poked around the lot as we have been looking to buy another vehicle. While looking, Madeline came to see if there was any help she could provide in case we needed anything. While I know car sales is all about customer service and sealing the deal, she was never pushy, exceptionally friendly, and truthfully cared about getting us into the right car, not just any car. Unfortunately we did not purchase one today but when we do buy a car soon we will 100% be working with her. She was awesome.Because I've worked in the automotive industry I genuinely am not a fan of going to most dealerships/service shops after years of bad experiences. This Quick Lane and the service they provide have made me only ever want to take my vehicle here for maintenance.Every time I've gone to Quick Lane here in Rochester it's easy, quick, priced fairly, and I've never felt pressured to do additional things I don't want to to my vehicle. They're awesome at simply informing you of the issues proactively and offering you the options you have with no pressure or stress. It really is refreshing to have an automechanic shop you can trust.This is the spot for sure for any auto work you need done. They get it done right and on the exceptionally rare occasions they don't they've gone above and beyond to right the situation entirely.
