I had a 2014 pickup towed into another shop because it wouldn't stay running. I was told catastrophic engine failure, only option was a new reman engine, $12,000!
I had it towed to Heartland and Nick took a 2nd look. Still had all the same symptoms but Nick dug a bit deeper and found a broken valve spring. Spring was replaced and the truck runs perfectly again, less than $400 and out the door! Thank you Nick and Heartland for digging a bit deeper!”

“These guys are great! Highly recommend calling them first! I was in Rochester from out of town. I was by myself. I had a hole in my radiator. These guys got me in the same day, found a new radiator and the next day replaced it. While they were doing that, they drove me back to my hotel so that I didn't have to wait there and then came and picked me up. The bill was more then reasonable.”
“I called around to get prices “worst case scenario” for my wheelchair equipped dodge caravan. I found Fleet Farm to be the best price. When I went to schedule an appointment I also noted what the SE Rochester Valvoline oil center had told me- I needed a new battery and had a coolant leak. I asked them to check on that. (They did, battery was strong and no leak was found).
Jeremy at the auto desk couldn’t have been better. He called me to update prices before doing anything. I needed pads, rotors, and 2 calipers! It was still a lot of money, but it was the best price around.

They answer the phone when you call them for service or appointment. Also, you can book for service online. They are well staffed and have dedicated professional technicians that know what to do the right way. Good place to go in a emergency; in the past went there to get my skid loader tire repaired and they had me back running in no time.
They handle tires of all sizes from riding lawn mowers to motor homes, semi, farm tractors etc. Their prices are competitive and people working there do an excellent job.
Most recent experience: December of last year I needed to take my ford focus on a extra long road trip but it got stuck with the smallest amount of snow on the road. The tires had good tread but were dangerous.
Either had to get a new car quick or get way better tires.
Got hankook all weather tires at Pomps on the advice of their tire technician. With these tires my focus really gripped the road with the cold snow and ice. Just a a good as are awd vehicles. No need to get the new car right away.”
