The service is great, with very friendly, helpful, and kind staff who take concerns seriously. The mechanical expertise is trusted, with the crew working hard to adjust, modify, fix, and maintain bicycles to perform flawlessly. They provide good maintenance, free bike check-ups, and helpful sales recommendations. Experiences are very pleasant, with the shop fixing bicycles—from new models to inexpensive ones—quite inexpensively and amazingly, often going above and beyond. They build great relationships and are great people, making customers eager to continue visiting for all bicycling needs. Many recommend the shop to anyone who bikes, stating they will never go anywhere else and will definitely be going back in the future.

I finally pulled the trigger on a new Diverge. Bob and crew were very friendly and helpful. Bob took the bike back on the rack and made sure it was ‘ride ready’.
