“I have stayed here many many many times for health issues that have brought me to Mayo. I can say hands down this hotel is incredible. They are kind, it is clean, they care and they have fun events for the guests like happy hour and snacks (Mike is awesome)! Wonderful gym and indoor pool with hot tub. Every person who works here is so kind and when you are going through hard things it makes all the difference. The breakfast is delicious and Ms. Sharon works so hard to make it wonderful. The rooms are also so so nice it's like having your own apartment. It's nicer than my house at home! Oh wait- also free laundry too!
Look no further at hotels in Rochester- this is where you stay. I promise you- your won't regret it. I looked at all the hotels and apartments in the area when choosing where to stay and this is what we chose and it's my tried and true since 2017!”

“Nice, clean, well equipped room with med size fridge, hot burner, toaster, and dishes. Wish they had a keurig instead of the cheap bag and plastic tray coffee maker.”

“This hotel is clean. The staff seems to be friendly and helpful. With a week stay in Rochester the amenities at the hotel were extremely nice to have. There is a shuttle to the Mayo Clinic which is also great.”
“A great hotel. If you are going to the Mayo Clinic this is the right place to stay. Tthe hotel has a shuttles service to take you to the Gonda building and St. Mary's hospital. Thehotel staff and drivers are really friendly. The hotel also has soup in the evenings Monday thru Thursday.”

“My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff, especially Steve and Lindsy, went out of their way to make sure that my family and I were comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast (eggs, sausage, yogurt, variety of bread and bagels, cereal) and the complimentary happy hour (with live music). The rooms we're spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. It looks like they're fixing the hot tub though. Overall, very good value and very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.”
“Econo Lodge Mayo Clinic Area did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. Great location, friendly staff, and a restful stay. I'll be recommending this spot to everyone I know.”

““A Five-Star Experience at The Towers at the Kahler Grand”
A trip to the Mayo Clinic is rarely on anyone’s bucket list and yet, here we are again. The days are early and very long, filled with appointments, scans, labs, hopeful conversations, and more lumbar punctures than we thought Blake would go through yer again. Our decision to spend time at The Towers not only offers respite, but genuinely feels like home! That’s rare. Very rare. Lucky for Blake and me….it’s The Towers at the Kahler Grand.
We stayed on the concierge level, where luxury meets heart. Every need (or mind meld) was met with warmth, respect, and a kind of attentiveness that feels both professional and accommodating. From our room (kept at a cool 65° even during Rochester’s record heatwave due to corn sweat ….hallelujah!) to the comfort of breakfast in bed, tea time, and evening spreads with top-shelf spirits and wines from my favorite vineyards. They offer the kind of care you don’t realize how much you needed until you receive it. Like a big hug or a box of tissues.
But what truly sets The Towers apart is its staff. Shane, David, Goldie, Ken, Hisham, and others whose names we didn’t catch (but whose smiles we’ll never forget) are the beating heart of The Towers. They remembered our names, went the extra mile (and then a few more to City Market for Cuban sandwiches ), and somehow made us feel less like guests and more like genuine friends. Honestly, if I ever open a hotel, I won’t need a hiring process, I’d just steal the entire team. Lol. Totally true!
My husband and I have traveled the world and stayed in some of the most luxurious hotels, and yet none have come close to the seamless hospitality offered here. I refer to it as a wonderland of compassion and comfort during a time when Blake and I need it most.
So whether you’re in town for a conference, medical care, or just passing through and need a night off, please don’t miss out on The Tower’s level of excellence. I never thought I’d say this about medical trips, but I actually look forward to our next visit because each one feels like a little reunion of sorts.”
“Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area is a solid choice in Rochester. Spotless rooms and the service went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend it and I'll be back for sure.”

“A bit outdated, but clean. Very clean. Everyone helpful. Amazingly. A good breakfast in the a.m. - appreciative of the complimentary service of transit to the Mayo.”
“The Brentwood has small rooms but they are kept very clean. They offer a satisfying complimentary breakfast. Going out to eat is one more chore you don't need. Free parking, and free shuttle service to the Mayo or an underground tunnel attached to the Mayo. Can't beat that. You're going to want easy access. The price is very reasonable especially considering most places charge extra for parking. There's no pool but there is free WiFi and cable TV. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. It's a nice little place and worth it if you want clean, and EASY access.”

“This was just what we needed after being in a hotel room for three weeks. Our apartment had all the things we needed to be comfortable for the next four weeks of our stay. We came to stay a week…
The staff was as lovely and everyone was helpful and kind.
The only problem here, not a hotel issue, is the very loud motorcycles and trucks running up & down Broadway at all hours. Mostly weekends but not specific to weekends. Apparently, hotel (s) guests are making complaints to the city of Rochester so it is a citywide problem.
We will come back to the Broadway Plaza the next time we come.”
“Clean recently renovated rooms, it is obvious the new owners are upgrading the outside as well. I asked and they are also trying to get a Mayo clinic shuttle back up and running.
I lost my wedding ring (at the airport it turns out), and they took the time to look through my room for it after I left
Considering my other hotel options were three times as expensive, Motel 6 did the trick for my Mayo clinic trip! Thanks!”

“Best first time at Mayo Clinic!!! Cold March weather and I didn't have to drive in construction or go out in the chilling wind. This hotel is about a 5 min walk to the central lobby of the Mayo building, 8 min. to the large open cafeteria ànd all the elevators up to Gonda. I appreciated this hotel for my first time navigating the Mayo complex. I wasn't stressed since I didn't have drive in construction surrounding Mayo!!!!”
“This place was so close to the hospital that we were able to walk a few days while my brother in-law was there, that made it very awesome! And seeing the deer almost every day was like being home! Thank you for sharing your place with us on this journey!”
