“I spent 4 hours the night before on Verizon chat support and got shifted to a different chat 4 times. My new phone was on sos and I couldn’t get it to work. Each tech person told me I was in good hands and that they would get this solved. My old phone transferred all of my data to the new phone but when it was done I had sos on both so no phone connection. I then made an appointment with Derrick(I think that is what his name was) for the next afternoon. Walked into the store told him what was happening and with in a few minutes he had my phone up and connected. I could not be happier about the service I received and will only use this store in the future!”
“I was assisted by Raul and had the best experience. I usually dread coming into any phone service place due to long wait times and the dead silence in the building. However me, my husband, and sister in law had to go through loop holes to get our phone service updated. Raul had a good attitude throughout the process and was very helpful! “Came to this store location to get a new line added for my nephew. I guess I had expectations that I was going to be caught up in the store all day and it would be a drag. I was utterly wrong, this stores team should be commended for how smooth and efficient all their processes are. We were in line for maybe 4-5 minutes and our service was completed in under 10. Cant ask for better service!”

I initially thought I'd have to pay for it and have it shipped to me and wait forever for it, but it turns out the warranty I have on it paid for itself. Walked on it a happy camper. Noah was very kind and helped clean my phone screen and place a new screen protector on it. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely will be back again! Thank-you Noah!”

“The Costco T-mobile is the way to go! These guys helped us get into brand new upgrades at a lower monthly payment than we had with our previous provider, where we had phones that were already paid off. They also are super knowledgeable about specials and rebates available to you, which helped us get a really great deal! Dominic was fun to work with and everyone there works great as a team and is extremely helpful. Definitely stop in and have a chat with them, there may be some Costco specific benefits at this location. Ask about Kendama haha. Great guys!”

“Stopped by to see if a tablet screen could be replaced but the frame was too dented for a new screen. On a whim, I asked Dave to look at the connector on my phone since I was having problems connecting with Android Auto. Dave quickly diagnosed that there was dirt in the connector which wasn't allowing good contact. He cleaned the connector for a reasonable price & my phone now connects with Android Auto every time I plug it in. Also have to add that Dave was extremely friendly during the entire process. I will definitely go to TaDa any time I have an issue with a phone or tablet.”
