John is super. Honest, reasonable, always ready when they say it will be. Totally recommend this place!! A couple weeks ago, my old Jeep hardly shaked and maintenance light came on in my car, and I got nervous something serious could be wrong, so I decided to give him a shot and see what he said. John was super nice in diagnosing my problem, and after I explained a noise coming out of my car he told me he would check that out as well. I'm so thankful I can drive my car again! Trust me, the shop is run by an excellent owner who work fast and do a good job. You know your car is in trustworthy hands. The shop is also walking distance to the Rochester post office, really convenient to me. John's garage is the place to go! If you don't believe me just read the other reviews. Thanks John.
