Convenience Stores in Rosemount, MN

“I called earlier to ask if there was teff, she said yes and hang up on me, after a while I went to the store to buy, as I entered there were no one, which is okay. after a while she came and i say hello and she didn't respond anything, I told her that I called earlier and still she didn't respond, I ask her that I want teff, she said its right there just pointing a finger. I told her that I need 6 of them and she responded exactly as i sayed, you need 6 of them?. Anyways I went to grab it, and still shes didn't move from were she was, I asked her if they have a cart, without any response she go get it for me and throw it at me, it rolled to me, which was really annoying. It was my first time shopping from this store so I asked her how much was the price and guess what, she got back to the backstore, I thought she was going to see the price but no response. After I finish loading the cart I went to the cashier and waited for her, after sometime she came. She was so rude that after all this bad customer I said thank you, again no response. I take my cart and load it in my car and went back to return the cart. I understand that she might have a bad day or long day but the way she act was not proper. She wears sunglasses BTW. other than this i like the store and I will continue shopping. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-25”

“Stopped in for air in tires the coldest morning. The owner came out checked all 4 tires I was headed to a funeral and he did not hesitate to help. Thank you appreciate the help on a very cold morning”

My husband and I own a business. And we come to Holiday often for coffee. This crew at this Holiday are great! Cindy, Lynn and Conrad are always so kind, funny and hard workers! Everytime we come in the store is so clean! The coffee station is always clean and stocked. We've been to other Holidays and this one by far is the BEST! We own a cleaning company and the bathrooms are also immaculate! Great crew, great customer service! They know us by names. And that is what we need more of in our communities. Thank you for making our experience great everytime. We will be in another city but will go to that Holiday to get coffee because they are so great! Thanks guys for all your hard work!!!

“I can't say enough about how helpful pharmacist Cobb was during these ever changing times with the virus. I was in need of a medicine while out of town. She was very helpful in getting me the best price and the correct medicine. With in a few hours I was able to pick my medicine up at the Walgreens in the town I was in. I really appreciated her help.”

“I go to Walgreens at least once a week, the pharmacy at Rosemount is a headache, I moved from Florida to Minnesota and I had never experienced before the pharmacy being close for a day or days due to not having a pharmacist, I never knew that could be possible. When you go to the drive thru most of them are in a bad mood, or stressed which I don’t like to judge people because you never know what they might be going through but I’m getting tired of those long faces almost every time I go.
Now when you go inside the store is a totally different story, there is a manager named Lenon, he is such a nice, awesome and super polite guy. If you ever have a difficult time with a product or anything ask for him, he will solve your problem in less than 3 minutes, he will always treat you with courtesy and respect, if you get a chance to get his help make sure to pay back his kindness with kindness, we always have time to say or write negative things but very rarely say positive or appreciative things. Lenon if you ever read this, I appreciate your hard work and thank you for being so nice and making people feel special.”
