“I came into the vans store 10/9 around 2:15 pm the other day looking for a fashionable pair of shoes, I had a lovely sales associate with fiery hair and stellar eyeliner help me out to actually purchase my shoe online! Not only was the shoe on sale in store but she also pointed out that the website was offering an additional 20% off! She gave astonishing customer service and insisted I found the most comfortable size for me before purchasing! she made me feel very confident in my purchase and I left the store very satisfied and happy! “I bought 3 pairs of jeans here and needed them altered. When i got them back, 2 pairs were too short. The manager, Jake, took care of me and got me 2 new pairs. This level of customer service is something I don't find these days! Jake's service should be rewarded and praised. He has gained my loyalty to his location and will travel extra distance to shop from his store. We'll done, Jake!”
“Stopped in for a quick browse at Columbia in the Mall of America. The store was well-stocked, neatly organized, and had a good selection of outdoor gear. Staff was friendly but didn’t hover, which was nice.”
“Still a strong selection across men’s, women’s, and youth gear, with racks full and sizes easy to find. Fleece, insulated layers, and lightweight trail wear were plentiful, and the deals were calling louder than a Jedi mind trick.
Youth jackets and fleeces were especially impressive this visit, with solid pricing and plenty of colors. Men’s and women’s layers were well organized, and the “extra % off at checkout” deals stacked up nicely once again.
Clean store, easy browsing, and friendly staff willing to help without hovering — balance in the retail Force, this is.
Final verdict: great return visit, strong value, and still one of the better spots to gear up for cold-weather missions without draining your galactic credits. Temptation to buy more than planned… powerful it remains.”
“Finally found a pair of shoes to replace my old discontinued Bostonian's, nay, I would say an upgrade. Love my new shoes, feel great, look grate and holding up well after 2 months! Also price is great, only like $10 more than my old brand but well worth it! Will come back again fo shizzle! Looking forward to buying a pair of the XC4s next time! (Moc Venetian Loafer probably if in stock!) Also guy there was super helpfull.”

He was very quick and brought out multiple sizes for me to try on without me even having to ask. The checkout process was smooth, a very young fellow named izu and i had a wonderful conversation. “This is a great store to buy workout clothing. They have a really nice section for golfers as well. The shoe section is plentiful and always well stocked with various sizes. They have a great kids section. The prices are much cheaper than in a regular under Armour store. The store is always well stocked and the staff is very helpful. they offer a 10% first responder discount.”

“The Eagan outlet mall is a nice space for a variety of stores. The Nike store is a lot like the others in the outlet and that's not necessarily a bad thing. Plenty of different items available and plenty busy, too.”
“DSW has an amazing variety and number of shoes, boots, handbags and other shoe related items. Check out their clearance section. When I was there there was a large selection of shoes and boots that were half price. DSW employees are helpful but because the store is so big, sometimes you have to seek one out for help. That's okay, don't be shy to ask for help. The store is neat and well organized.”

“REALLY great experience at this location! Chaz was extremely helpful and kind. Went in with my 12 year old pair of Clark's looking for something similar. Chaz set me up with the closet pair they had and found the last pair in my size that was hiding in the back. He even polished up my old pair while I tried on the new pair. He did such a great job and I will absolutely continue to get my boots and shoes with Clark's because of this experience!”
