“The first time I came here the worker accidentally checked me in wrong so I was waiting for quite a while. Thankfully one of the other workers noticed and started to help me right away. When I normally would have been frustrated they were all so kind and were great the rest of my visit.
Most recently I needed to go back to have my phone looked at again. Jason was absolutely amazing! He helped explain the whole process and what he was doing and answering any questions I had. I needed to back up my phone and decided to sit and wait. While I waited for the backup to finish he went to help other guests, checking in with me between each one to see where it was at and to see if I was doing okay. When he was busy with another guest he asked Christian to finish getting my phone set up. He was great and also helped me with any questions I had and checked in with me as I waited for everything to load.
Everyone I have talked to here as been very helpful and kind!

The owner, Justin, he doesn't spend him a lot of time trying to upsell or waste your time with things you don't need. He focuses on what you do need which is to get your computer working. “I've been going to Que Computer for many years and am so grateful for their (I forget the owner's name) excellent service. Que has saved me literally thousands of dollars over the years. Just one example, if your hard drive is fried it doesn't mean you need to buy a new computer--you just need a new hard drive. Que has never let me down and their prices are reasonable.”
