“We had Beth greet us at the door and it got better every minute She was full of information and very patient with us as we absorbed all she was saying By the time we left ( with mattress to be delivered), we felt we had the information needed to make a decision. Beth was extremely competent and knowledgeable, patient and willing to show us different mattresses at different levels and prices. It was a good experience.”

“Jared at the Roseville, MN store is a superior sales associate. I went in with my 80 yr. olf father to get a new bed. After spending 45 plus years on the same waterbed, my parents are getting a new bed but not before ever single question you can imagine was answered calmly, patiently and informationally...at least twice (dad has memory issues). Jared was attentive, energetic, and very helpful with a man who doesn't like change and can really be a struggle to explain things too. Though I know how amazing sleep number beds are as I have been sleeping on one for 20 years, convincing my dad was not a sales pitch it, Jared encouraged him, let him fully try everything and it was great to see my dad truly feel like this was a good decision and decide to buy.
