I have shopped at J.Jill a very time.
I was at the Rosedale store today, and was very disappointed. I was never approached with help, and the clerks seemed unapproachable.
Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything.
I don't know if anyone does anything with these reviews, but they should.

The sales associates here were so kind and helpful. It actually made my day. The woman helping customers on the floor and the cashier were both enthusiastic and kind to me. The sale was great and I found a really nice shirt. It was my first time shopping here and I will definitely be back.
