“The lady working at the Vans store was so warm and welcoming! I went in to return a pair of shoes today and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a retail store in a long time. I didn’t catch her name, but she just seemed like a genuinely nice and friendly person - no fake, pretentious vibe that I can easily get at a store like Athletica. It’s been a while since someone’s demeanor at a store actually made me super comfortable and want to buy something before I left.”

“Friendly and accommodating staff in the Rosedale Center location. Bought some Parker Monogram mugs and I asked if they have individual boxes to put them in but there was none. A female staff on the floor told me I shouldn’t worry because they have good packing paper for them. Elle at the cash register then individually wrapped, taped and put them in separate small bags. What patience and superb customer service! I love it!”

She recommended different styles and helped me find pieces that were practical and versatile, but was never pushy or pressured me into buying anything that I wasn’t completely happy with. She encouraged me to try some things on that I wouldn’t have otherwise considered and I’m so glad I did! “Visited the store today and had a wondeful experience! I finally purchaes a pair of Jordan's. My students encouraged me to do so and they recommended I go to a Footlocker. I got off work in the mall and headed over. The young man working there was very nice and was knowledgeable about the shoes I wanted. Especially how show sizes translate from men to women sizes. The ladies and the wrap desk were very nice as well. They all did a wonderful job! It was so nice to engage with the staff! They thought was cool for being a teacher purchasing my first pair of Js!”

“My husband and I were just in the Roseville location and Jeno waited on us! Best service ever. He measured my husbands foot and he went back into the clearance section and found 2 pairs of tennis shoes that would work for his neuropathy. I even found 2 pairs of Brooks myself. Jeno went above and beyond running back and forth to get mates for the shoes and always with a smile! Thanks!”
