“This is my go-to kwik trip, and gas station in general, as I live near Avon (if I'm feeling lazy and just need gas I will occasionally go to Casey's). As with every kwik trip I've ever been to, the staff here is friendly and helpful. There is an older lady there who is just a joy to be around, I forget her name but she makes me smile everytime. That's one of the reasons I love kwikn trip, their customer service is always second to none”

“Only one complaint: The customers that drive in on the outside lane against the arrow. Sam's Club should install those retractable tire spikes, like they have on the exit of parking garages. Either that or, people caught doing it should receive life in prison! Otherwise, great prices on gas! Worth the wait if there is a line. Save 10¢ - 25¢ a gallon!”

Over all the place was well taken care of and really clean and organized. There's a nice sit-down place to eat in there. It would be nice to know the kitchen times or for them to post them. “Many of the negative reviews come from people who don’t live in this neighborhood and seem to leave bad feedback for businesses in general. The employees here work hard and are genuinely friendly. Most of the time when I visit, there’s only one person working, yet they still manage to smile—even when customers talk down to them or, in some cases, put their hands on them.
They do their best to keep the store clean and stocked. I’ve personally watched employees tidy up counters and tables, only for a group of adults to trash the area the moment the employee walks away. Customer service isn’t dying—customer decency is.”

“As with every kwik trip I've ever been to, the staff here is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of items, including hot food that is top notch for a gas station; You definitely wouldn't think its from a gas station.
Kwik Trip is slowly putting other gas stations out of business because they are legitimately doing things right.”
