“I had a very urgent print order that I tried to submit online and it said it wouldn’t be completed until the day after I needed it. Went to the store and talked to Jules and she helped get it prioritized, her and the team here saved my day! They got my order of almost 3,000 copies printed in just a few hours. I also had two items to ship that they helped me out with. I have used this location for printing, holding deliveries, and shipping and they have always been so friendly, helpful, and efficient!”
“Picked up a package from Amazon.I can't have Amazon deliver to my apartment building ?Either some of the drivers don't follow the clear directions or packages get stolen by other tenants in my building.I like that it is also close to my place.”

“I don't find him to be angry, he's not cheerful or anything, I think he is pretty cool, he held onto my package longer than the post office normally allows because he knows that I'm a long haul truck driver and it's difficult for me to get to my PO box often, the other people who left the reviews are just soft, they need to be comforted just to get their mail, it's just business don't get so personal”

“The staff was very polite, respectful, helpful, and professional. I'm not so good when it comes to technology (?️?,? ect..) I'm literally when it comes to these things ? ? ? ????. So if anyone else has problems such as I, I'd highly recommend UPS. The service they provide is computers, (w/ Internet) Xerox, make copies, ?️'s and ? ing. They also have delivery service's w/helpful representative. I will definitely return to this The location because it's easy to find, right on Snelling Ave So. The one bad thing I would say is, it's harder entering the location and parking is limited tight. ? ?....”
“I normally am just in to quick drop off pre-paid packages, but the service is always nice. Do post offices ever have perfect, outstanding customer service? No. But this location has always gotten the job done without any rudeness.”

“I have gone to this post office twice when I have had trouble with missing packages. I have always been greeted so warmly and had my issues resolved quickly. John at the counter looked for my missing package until he found it and educated me on why it had been held (weather-related issues) - all with a very cheerful attitude. When I need help with the postal service, I will go here first!”

“I needed to send a very old Christmas decorative item from Minnesota to Seattle. I was afraid it wouldn't survive the trip.
FEDEX is close to my apartment so I went there. They packaged my item. I was so worried about it arriving intact in Seattle at my daughter's house. They packed it carefully for me and assisted with insuring it. It arrived safely and in good shape. It still plays the Christmes songs it's played for my family for so very many years.
I have another package for Seattle. I'm taking it to Fedex because they treated my package well.
They were friendly and professional, reassuring me that my package was as important to them as it was to me.

“We have had several different mail carries over the years. All of them have been great. When we go in to the office, again great service and do what they can to help. They are a good crew and always do what they can to help at this location.”
“Many of the other reviews here talk about how delayed their shipments are when they arrive here, so I was initially worried too, until I checked my parcel and I didn't have any issues with delays.
I'd say it's likely because those who got their parcels with no delay don't usually bother to write a review. So I'll just post this to reassure folk your parcel's likely in good hands.”
