“Scheduling was super easy. They were only booked 2-3 business days out. They delivered right at the begining of the delivery window estimate, even called when they were 20 minutes out. The guys were super friendly and courteous. Even made me laugh at a couple jokes. So glad they were my courier!”

“Picked up a package from Amazon.I can't have Amazon deliver to my apartment building ?Either some of the drivers don't follow the clear directions or packages get stolen by other tenants in my building.I like that it is also close to my place.”

“If your UPS return has a QR code (such as if youre returning an Amazon package), this location does not accept QR codes unfortunately. They only accept packages where it has a printed label with a barcode slapped directly onto the package. I couldn't mail out my stuff but the employee was informative & courteous and suggested the next closest ups office to head to instead.”
“I don't find him to be angry, he's not cheerful or anything, I think he is pretty cool, he held onto my package longer than the post office normally allows because he knows that I'm a long haul truck driver and it's difficult for me to get to my PO box often, the other people who left the reviews are just soft, they need to be comforted just to get their mail, it's just business don't get so personal”

So if anyone else has problems such as I, I'd highly recommend UPS. The service they provide is computers, (w/ Internet) Xerox, make copies, ?️'s and ? ing. They also have delivery service's w/helpful representative. I will definitely return to this The location because it's easy to find, right on Snelling Ave So. The one bad thing I would say is, it's harder entering the location and parking is limited tight. ? ?....”
“ive always had good experiences delivering mail here - I talked to I believe the customer service supervisor (Jason?) today about some concerns with my and my partner’s mail not being delivered the past month - he explained and confirmed what the issue was (which I was also suspecting) and I just submitted a request yesterday! thanks Jason for the quick turnaround and help! (I didnt see a way to complete a survey in my email so I’m leaving a review instead!)”
“I have gone to this post office twice when I have had trouble with missing packages. I have always been greeted so warmly and had my issues resolved quickly. John at the counter looked for my missing package until he found it and educated me on why it had been held (weather-related issues) - all with a very cheerful attitude. When I need help with the postal service, I will go here first!”

“I needed to send a very old Christmas decorative item from Minnesota to Seattle. I was afraid it wouldn't survive the trip.
FEDEX is close to my apartment so I went there. They packaged my item. I was so worried about it arriving intact in Seattle at my daughter's house. They packed it carefully for me and assisted with insuring it. It arrived safely and in good shape. It still plays the Christmes songs it's played for my family for so very many years.
I have another package for Seattle. I'm taking it to Fedex because they treated my package well.
They were friendly and professional, reassuring me that my package was as important to them as it was to me.
