“As a former banker, I have high expectations when it comes to banking transactions and this branch answered the question of why no one ever left US Bank for my former bank I worked for--and it isn't just because they're everywhere. The banker I worked with, Cortney, was very personable and assured me that my transition to US would be easy and made sure to explain all the ins and out of the US bank (bill pay, ATM usage fees or lack thereof, and how to keep the account free). The best part of the transaction was how insanely efficient everything was. I was set up with a checking, savings, line of credit, credit card, online banking, debit card, and an auto transfer during my lunch period. The account opening was awesome in itself, but the rest of the staff has been lovely to work with. One of the worst parts about not working at a bank is actually have to consciously go to a bank to take care of transactions. These staff here are awesome with their workday friendly hours and even during busy lunch hours have a line runner to take care of non cash transactions to keep the line moving. The former credit union aficionado is now loving some US Bank.”

“Bank Cherokee is doing just fine they're not falling apart you don't have to wait forever for them to answer the phones if you're concerned about a wait time then call when they first open in the morning rather than waiting during a busy time, they closed the lobby on Grand Ave because of sketchy activities that have been taken place in that area now”

“I, also, don't know why there are bad reviews. I have gone here since the 1990's too. I've had an account with someone, one for myself and I now have one for my sister's trust fund. I have had excellent care there. I do have 2 other banks I use but this is the one I consider as my main bank. If you let them know what you need they will do their best to help.”
