Books for Africa is a wonderful and growing organization in Minnesota that benefits children in Africa by providing access to books from the USA. They accept donations of old books, ensuring valuable information is not wasted. With a small donation requested per book to cover shipping costs, they have successfully sent hundreds of containers to countries like Ethiopia. The organization also hosts acoustic jams, creating a great musical experience for participants.

I participate in an acoustic jam every week. It is an amazing musical experience with a great group of fiddle, mandolin, guitar, bass players and vocalists.
