One customer was kindly assisted by the person working on the morning of February 26, 2025, and was able to complete their paperwork in the best possible way. Another customer had a great experience getting a passport for their daughter, and the employees accommodated them despite being late for their appointment due to wayfinding difficulties. A massive fan of sending and receiving books and letters in the mail found their all-time favorite post office, with a sales associate who was awesome, funny, and made the customer feel like an old friend. Customers also appreciate the staff's willingness to provide tips and advice, such as how to better package small items.
