you guys are too soft, i have never had bad experience with gene, he always gets the job done when i stop by. everybody should be helping him retire instead of writing cowardly reviews.

Rude staff member chastised me because I was not standing in the proper place for a line although I was the only one in the lobby. I stood on the rug.
