“Bank Cherokee is doing just fine they're not falling apart you don't have to wait forever for them to answer the phones if you're concerned about a wait time then call when they first open in the morning rather than waiting during a busy time, they closed the lobby on Grand Ave because of sketchy activities that have been taken place in that area now”

“Denise, Cathy, Sarah, and the nice gentleman who let me in when the lobby was locked, thank you so much for providing great service! So Denise and Cathy are at the other BankCherokee location and they explained to me about reactivating my savings account. Denise went above and beyond and called me again to let me know an easier way to reactive my account. I visited the BankCherokee up North and they were so nice in helping me with the activation! I highly recommend this bank! :)”
