“Wow - great find! It's hidden in a grocery store in a small strip mall a little bit off 42 in Burnsville - but I'm glad I made the trip from Apple Valley to try it. Great pupusas - had the cheese/chorizo, cheese/chicken, and cheese/green chile pupusas - all were _very_ good - large (larger than pupusas we've had elsewhere), well-filled and griddled to perfection. We had a chicken tamale, which was also tasty, but the best item was the pastelito de carne - a beef-filled "pie" - very similar to an empanada - but the crust on it was amazing. It was incredibly crispy, flaky, and flavorful - _almost_ like biting into a piece of fried chicken crust, but substantial enough to hold all that beefy filling inside without splitting/breaking. I'm not sure how they did it, but it was wonderful.
The service was great - incredibly friendly and helpful. Someone I assume was a manager/owner came out to talk with us about the meal - making sure everything was good, and telling us about the items (and doing a little data-gathering - "where are you coming from?, how did you find us?, etc." - sign of a well-run small business). We'll definitely be going back again...”
“If you ever need to cook Mexican foods, this small Mexican grocery store carries most of the items you will need. Plenty of parking space with easy access to the main highway.”
“Some of them only know basic English, but after 1 or 2 tries they are usually able to either understand you or find someone that does so if you're worried about a language barrier, don't. About the size of an Aldi, with plenty of variety in every department.”

“Open 24 hours in 2025. That alone earns a few stars. This store is always pretty well-stocked, and clean. Even in the winter, the floors were clean. This store might not be the newest or fanciest, but for a grocery store, I'd say it's pretty good.”

She is somebody that if you're not feeling well when you're done talking to her, you have a smile on your face and the delivery people are awesome, they're always cheerful.
