He was very knowledgeable and helpful getting everything switched over and making sure my phone and account were to my liking. He has great customer service skills and you can tell he really knows all aspects of his job!

“I am a long time Boost customer and had just ordered a new phone online that refused to activate. I brought the phone to this location and the service rep was fantastic. He got me dialed in to the Boost activation department and talked them through what needed to happen, since apparently my account is special and needs a physical SIM card, not the eSIM they were trying to activate. It might have taken days to straighten out if he hadn't recognized the problem and taken steps to get it fixed. I may be skeptical about Boost overall after this experience, but this location knows their business and would definitely come here again for help.”
