“My husband went through Walmart and was stopped by an AT andT person and got him to sign up. It turned out to be a nightmare until we went into att and t and Josh helped us out. He was nice and patient and answered every question we had. He fixed our bill and phone service to the way it should have been set in the first place and was a real lifesaver for us.
