I came to them with PDF designs I made myself and Pete was so patient and helpful getting everything done with such thoughtfulness and care and the pricing was phenomenal vs. some of the quotes I received for full service stationary.
They truly went above and beyond partnering with a die-cut shop to get custom shapes, color matched everything to what collateral I already had, and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect and within my deadline.

“I had a pretty pleasant experience where the lass had helped sort out my frustrations regarding: the shipping of my scooter out for repairs. I had a long day and she was very patient with me and tried everything in her power to help.
Whilst I could not ship it from the location not only due to the size but my manufacturer's mislabel of the shipping (as well as the scooter's manufacturer failing to provide me proper information), she took her time to sympathise with my case and had given me the information on how to get my scooter shipped out.
Overall, very neat customer service, she printed my shipping label out for me and gave me the information to get my manner of transport back in working order, eventually. The previous two locations weren't much help and a lot of misinformation were given, but she had cleared the air and made sure to find a solution for it.
Top notch. Even if my solution weren't immediate, props to her.”

“Cornerstone Copy has done all 5 of my kid’s Grad Posters, several Bridal & Baby Shower Invitations, and our Save the Date Cards for our upcoming wedding; I’ve always been very pleased with the results. We had a Shutterfly coupon from a wedding retailer, and used that to order our Wedding Invitations- which were a nightmare. (Corners bent & damaged, printing that cut off, envelopes that would NOT seal… that’s the NEXT review…) We went back to Cornerstone to print some very hastily made Wedding Details enclosure cards. The manager emailed advising me that a proof would be ready the next day- and it was perfect. I offered to pay for expedited printing, and was told they would rush it as fast as possible at no cost. All our copies were ready immediately the following morning. Lesson learned- we won’t be trusting our printing needs to anyone but Cornerstone in the future. Needed a manager override on a return and there were no managers around. Not effective use of cashiers time, other customers’ time, and our time. Managers should be more aware of things. Kind of disappointing.”
