“We've been here about a month. I wasn't at all sure that we are apartment people. But the staff is so kind, attentive, and responsive, both in general, as well as specifically to maintenance and repair issues. (Which have been very few and mostly of the routine variety.) We love the huge windows and our view of the skyline. Groceries are right down the street, not to mention all the Uptown restaurants and bars. I'm a cyclist, so I REALLY appreciate the easy access to the Greenway. We haven't even begun to scratch the surface of the nice amenities like the roof top patio, the common room, and fitness room.”

The true MVPs are Rob and William for making my move-in as smooth as possible, especially since I moved from the east coast. These guys patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I had my exact needs met. Eleanor is incredibly efficient and always resolve issues in a timely manner. The cleaning couple I say hello to each morning are some of the kindest souls and do an amazing job keeping everything pristine. I truly appreciate having 24/7 staff available. It adds an extra level of convenience and makes the experience feel genuinely luxurious.”

“The lyric is a well maintained and well positioned building. Transit Access is stellar. The east side of the building is against a road that dump trucks frequently use to access the nearby industrial area, resulting in noise in excess of the normal traffic from university Ave and in frequent dirty and dust blowing in empty windows when it's windy. On site staff are lovely and always attentive. They don't even let you put pride flags in the windows(which every other building in this area very visibly allows). All in all could be worse.”

The staff at Station were incredibly helpful in coordinating the cleaning and maintenance team and getting my apartment ready for me on short notice. I truly appreciate the extra effort they made to accommodate my situation. My experience with Station has been great in many other ways as well. From the secure building access to the prompt and helpful email communication, everything has made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. And of course, the location is hard to beat — being so close to the University of Minnesota is a huge advantage. I would highly recommend Station to UMN students and visiting scholars looking for a convenient and reliable place to live. When your living situation is taken care of, you can simply settle in, focus on your work and studies, and enjoy your time at the University. That peace of mind means a lot.”

“I will always cherish the three years my husband and I spent at the Odin. The building and amenities were cleaned meticulously every day, the maintenance people are excellent and extremely friendly and kind. The management staff and leasing office are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Nicole and Natalee were the BEST of the best. Odin is walking distance to almost anything you could need, trails, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and more. However if you have a car the parking garage was always super clean and well taken care off. The gym is spacious and clean. Our apartment was in the “tower” facing the pool area, and even during the summer it wasn’t overly loud or noisy. The walls are pretty thick between units so you also won’t hear your neighbors much. If I could have picked the Odin up and brought it across the country when my husband and I moved I would have. You won’t regret living there. Love love love the Odin. ❤❤❤❤”

The building has a lot of historic character, and the location is fantastic — close to restaurants, parks, and everything happening in the city while still feeling comfortable and welcoming as a place to live. The views of the river are breath taking. I especially want to recognize Sonna Brautigam on the Kellogg Square team. She has been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. Sonna is always friendly, responsive, and professional, and she consistently goes out of her way to help residents. That kind of support makes a real difference in day-to-day living. Great location, great building, and excellent staff. I truly appreciate the help Sonna Brautigam has provided and the work the whole team does to keep the building running smoothly. “I have been living here for the past 4 years, and it's been great. Very quiet, great quality apartments with a nice modern look, and all the neighbors I've actually encountered and spoke to are extremely nice. The landlords/leasing management have all been extremely professional. If you need anything fixed, just make a simple phone call and someone will be there within a day/week depending on what it is. They even have an emergency maintenance line that will get you in contact with someone when you need it. They are also non-intrusive and value your privacy, as whenever something needs to be checked in the room (for general fire safety/maintenance related activity, which barely ever happens) they let you know with plenty of time in advance. I can't say I've smelled any smoke in the hallways or anything like that, maybe after a tenant just got done with their smoke break outside, but I wouldn't consider that atypical of anywhere else and this has otherwise been a great and safe place to live for the past 4 years. The amenities are wonderful, with a big park outside to walk your smaller pets, patio with a grill, covered and HEATED parking, a shuffleboard table, flex/conference rooms as well as a big event room for gatherings, and an indoor gym. All utilities are covered other than electricity which you just pay through xcel (and internet/cable of course). Overall, it's been a great place to live, and although I plan on purchasing my own home when the market becomes a bit more favorable, I would consider it a great time spent as I move on with the next chapter of life.”

“I have been living here over 10 years. I love the location, staff are very accommodating and sure the place is old but they work hard to maintain property. I have had no problems with neighbors and nothing stolen or broken. One thing that does sadden me is how people choose to dispose of trash. The management team and property keep trying to keep it clean but that's up to the residents to take pride on where they live. Springbrook has been a wonderful place to call home and I continue to do so 10 plus years now.”
