I drove about 1.5hrs to get there and their team stayed late to ensure I was taken care of! After being duped on my prior truck from another dealership, Bob didn’t even hesitate to put the truck up on a lift and let me look underneath. I can’t say enough good about how I was treated.”

“The day of my reservation pickup did not start off very well at the Roseville, MN rental location but after 20 minutes of dissatisfaction of the selected vehicles & delegating for a more safe, reliable and economical vehicle to drive back 400 miles (6hrs) from Minnesota to Naperville, IL., in store customer rep, Connor Brackeen went out of his way and came through for me with a vehicle that made my trip back home enjoyable and mostly, safe! I especially liked the zipcar app and the automated telephone system that's set up for customers to connect to an agent 24-7 and get necessary help immediately as needed. I took my road test with a zip car, and the service agent gave me a great care and personalized help in preparing the necessary documents for taking the test with a rental vehicle. Zipcar really gave me the best idea of how much openness a company could have towards its customers' needs.
