“I’ve come here for years. Today, was helped by Cameron Leahy to resolve a major fraud issue on my account. Was told he couldn’t actually fix it since it didn’t happen at that location but he could help facilitate getting the process started. Explained how the scammers were able to bypass my account security, showed me step by step how they wormed their way through to get two new phones under my name as well as reset my pin, and assisted me with the Verizon Fraud Dept. None of which he had to do as it didn’t involve them as a private retail seller. Very impressed and highly grateful.”

“It was time to get a new phone a couple weeks ago. I was dreading it because it always takes me forever to figure everything out. But, boy did I get lucky. Jordyn helped me pick out a new phone and he made sure that all my information transferred over. He was SO patient, kind and knowledgeable, it made my purchase/experience so very pleasant.
When I went in a couple days later because my talk to text wasn't activated, I had Anne help me. Anne was very kind, polite and she made sure to get it working for me.
I have been a Cricket customer for a long time. My cell phone service has always been good, the price is right and the customer service is EXCELLENT. If you are looking for a new carrier or a new phone, I would HIGHLY recommend the Blaine location off of HWY 10.

“Despite low staff and small location this has to be the best Boost Mobile Store all thanks to Nad! I had an issue with my phone swap that turned out to be a bigger issue! Nad was very helpful and patience with me at the same time while we were waiting on the line, we had a noisy crowd I could hardly hear what the assistant on the phone said but Nad made sure he heard things clear and gave me updates. We went through 2 agents who still didn't get my issue resolve so we were able to get someone higher to get my issue resolved. While we waited he also assisted other customers with care and professionally handled with satisfactory. 100/100 would go back again!”
