“Harrison at CPR Cellphone is absolutely amazing!
Harrison provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, respectful, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Before helping me, I watched him assist another customer with the same level of care and attention, which immediately showed me how seriously he takes his job and how much he values every customer.
What impressed me most was how quickly he was able to diagnose and resolve my issue without sacrificing quality. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. It is rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such outstanding customer service.
Employees like Harrison are the reason customers keep coming back. He represents this business exceptionally well and sets the standard for what great customer service should look like. Because of my experience with him, I will absolutely be recommending this business to my friends, family, and colleagues. In the future, if I need any repairs or assistance, Harrison will be the first person I ask for.

“I had a Nintendo 2DS XL with a broken upper screen. No video game console repair place I asked would take it, saying they would be too backed up, as it's a difficult repair. CPR took it in, and had it back to me in two weeks. Looks like it was never damaged. Highly recommended”

“I’ve been to this store before, but this time it was full. I was the fifth or sixth customer in line. Cam was the only employee in the store and an absolute rockstar. I stood there and watched him simultaneously help two people move into new phones while helping a third buy a new phone and add a new line to an existing account. While I was watching, the Verizon system went down. He didn’t skip a beat. He did what he could until he was able to access the system again and process orders and help customers. 100% professional and a genuine rockstar.”

“I’ve come here for years. Today, was helped by Cameron Leahy to resolve a major fraud issue on my account. Was told he couldn’t actually fix it since it didn’t happen at that location but he could help facilitate getting the process started. Explained how the scammers were able to bypass my account security, showed me step by step how they wormed their way through to get two new phones under my name as well as reset my pin, and assisted me with the Verizon Fraud Dept. None of which he had to do as it didn’t involve them as a private retail seller. Very impressed and highly grateful.”

“My Samsung Text Messges stopped. I went in Mon. Ezell helped me the best he could. I went Back Tues. Ezell sold me a new Samsung, but my info would not transfer. I went in 2 times on Wed. for 3 hours total Ezell tried evrything he could to help me out. All the while he was helping up to 3 other customers at the exact same time. “Despite low staff and small location this has to be the best Boost Mobile Store all thanks to Nad! I had an issue with my phone swap that turned out to be a bigger issue! Nad was very helpful and patience with me at the same time while we were waiting on the line, we had a noisy crowd I could hardly hear what the assistant on the phone said but Nad made sure he heard things clear and gave me updates. We went through 2 agents who still didn't get my issue resolve so we were able to get someone higher to get my issue resolved. While we waited he also assisted other customers with care and professionally handled with satisfactory. 100/100 would go back again!”
