They have been very helpful and patient with my elderly parents needing lots of help over the years and they were so awesome helping me with navigating getting my parents landline transferred to a smart phone to also helping with a phone that was completely destroyed!! “I got a warranty repair done here to replace my Pixel Pro 7's screen due to some dead pixels. Since warranty repairs from Google require a genuine part, they had to order the new screen. I was able to come back within a week and the folks here had it repaired in about an hour. They also installed my screen protector for free. The staff were professional and polite. I'd come here again if my phone needed another repair!”
“Another great experience. Dropped my phone on pavement. Screen broke all over & couldn't use phone. Quick Fix ordered new screen and had me come in the next day for repair. Installed new screen in 1 hour with no loss of data. Reasonable price. Perfect.”

“I’ve been to this store before, but this time it was full. I was the fifth or sixth customer in line. Cam was the only employee in the store and an absolute rockstar. I stood there and watched him simultaneously help two people move into new phones while helping a third buy a new phone and add a new line to an existing account. While I was watching, the Verizon system went down. He didn’t skip a beat. He did what he could until he was able to access the system again and process orders and help customers. 100% professional and a genuine rockstar.”

a bit cranky, impatient. We'll probably check out a different location. Lost our phone numbers in the process. Some of it was because the online service was so terrible. I had been set up online. They didn't have a record of it. They were supposed to send SIM cards. I still have reception issues in my house.”

He gave us the whole rundown on our new watch, fixed a tricky issue with our account, and made sure we had everything we needed before we walked out the door. He walked through everything and 'fixed' issues with my account that was set up with the Roseville store w/ manager Amber whom was a mess to work with. Even though still a bit miffed, Bryan explained everything and was so patient and efficient. Hard to believe the astronimical prices on these phones and carrier charges its unreal. But here we are paying them”

“Nad is the absolute best service associate I've ever dealt with in 30yrs of having cell phone service. My zfold 6 was hacked from using a guest wifi at lifetime fitness. Do not use shared guest wifi !!! 2 new phones and plans ordered on my account being sent to Florida. Never thought I'd be scammed. Nad told me I wasn't alone and around the 10th customer he's helped the past few weeks from the same scammer's tactics. He took took my problem from there. This guy knows how to help people in more ways I'm sure than just fixing phone issues. Very professional. He was helping tech service do their job and even though he could barely understand the language barrier, he walked them through the process. Fast, efficient and articulate! This guy, at this location for boost mobile is the top dog!! Thanks for fixing my completely hacked phone and account. Everything is back normal now. Thanks Nad! If you guys need phone assistance ask for Nad and save your frustrations knowing there is someone in this department that'll take care of you....”
