“Sadly ,I was hit by a car who ran a red light. This is my first accident but to be honest I had the BEST experience getting my car repaired at this location. I went on vacation for 1 a week and within that week I was always informed of what was going on with my car. Everyone is very professional and answered all of my questions. If i'm not mistaken the whole process took under 2 weeks. When I came back from vacation my car was back to normal as if nothing ever happened to it. “haas collision & glass was absolutely phenomenal. i was rear ended and within a week they made my car look brand new! i had a few hiccups with my insurance and aaron was very kind, responsive and supportive during the entire process. they even vacuumed the inside of my car and wiped down my dashboard for me free of charge, which was a delightful surprise! they were quick, thorough, kind and just all around wonderful. i would highly recommend them to anybody who needs assistance after a collision :)”

“The bumper on my vehicle was slightly knocked off from a hit and run and Brian was generous enough to take the time to remove the bumper and clip it back on. He did this free of charge when I stopped into the shop and it took about 15 minutes. I am so grateful because another quote I got would have been at least $1,000 to fix the bumper, but the damage didn't seem significant enough for it to be completely replaced. I highly recommend this repair shop!”

“I scratched my car in my parking garage (2nd time in the same spot) and brought my car to Caliber Collision for an estimate on getting it repaired (this time out-of-pocket). Mustafa was amazing. He recommended I buy a touch up pen and offered to do a touch up job free of charge and just bring my car back to Caliber Collision anytime. Great customer service. The entire team is very cohesive. I observed another customer come in requesting extra work get done on his car and they validated his concern, got the manager involved, and planned to fix his car free of charge. Definitely would recommend them and I’d definitely go back if I needed any autobody work done in the future.”

“Easy. The job they did looks great. Marshal offered an extra perk. The car was not only washed outside, but the full interior was vacuumed and every service was gone over with a treated cloth. Car looked and smelled great. I was told 4 weeks. They took three weeks and three days. It just seemed like forever without a car being dependent on someone else. A rental was too expensive just to get out a few days.”
“We called Inver Grove Mazda because the front door of our 2017 Mazda would not latch shut. The service assistor timely checked the probable problem, checked if the parts were available and informed me of the estimate cost and notified me that the part was not in stock in the Twin Cities and must be ordered from chicago. We dropped off the car and the repairs were done and the estimated costs were right on. Inver Grove Mazda also identified other repairs that needed to be done. We will have those repairs completed soon. There is absolutely nothing better you can hope for when your car breaks down. Thank you great employees at Inver Grove Mazda.”

“I love this place! More and more rare to find such awesome customer service. After my front license plate and bracket had been stolen, the new bracket came with rivets I couldn’t install on my own. After a dealership told me I could wait in line behind everyone else and it may take hours, I checked to see what was nearby, crossed my fingers and drove over to the downtown Minneapolis Caliber Collision. They were so busy, I couldn’t even pull into the parking area. When I explained my problem, I was assured that they could help me, and a mechanic immediately went out to my car on the street, using their own screws instead of the cheap plastic rivets. Everyone was so friendly and when I tried to pay, I was told that a good review was all the payment they wanted. I am so impressed with this company!”
