“The service was great. Was quicker than I expected. However, there's an issue with the website where I made my appointment for my oil change. The website allowed me to make the appointment for 12:30 pm and I received a confirmation for my appointment at 12:30 pm, however, when I got to the shop I was told my appointment was at 1:00 pm and that they don't make appointments on the half hour. This needs to be fixed on the website. It shouldn't allow you to make an appointment on the half hour if the shop doesn't take appointments on the half hour. I was stuck there for an additional half hour early. Please correct this.”

“My go-to car mechanic for everything! My car broke down and I first had to tow it to another place first, they claimed they found the issue and it broke down again 3 days later no fix. I brought it to Murphy's and they let me have a loaner car the night before the appointment and had it fixed in a couple hours the next day for a great price. No problems ever since. I truly trust what they do and charge... and it's very hard for me to trust anyone else.”
