We went in needing to go home with a mattress same day that wasn’t going to break the bank, as our dog just tore her ACL and can’t go upstairs so we needed to have something on the main story of our house to sleep on temporarily while she’s recovering. Charlotte showed me the options they had with out pressuring us to get something more expensive since it would be used for such a short time. We will be going back to work with her once we are ready to replace our mattress in our bedroom!”

It was a stark difference from our previous experience at slumberland furniture where we were told we weren’t allowed to loiter despite genuinely looking at mattresses. Nick guided us based on our budget and showed us all the features of the beds without trying to oversell us. He also did not make us feel uncomfortable for being a same-sex couple which we cannot say for slumberland.”

Recently, I had been looking for a vintage dining room table that would be large enough to fit a large number of people. I found a table at MAD that was PERFECT. The owner arranged a time for me to meet with him to look at the table and also arranged for another time for me to pick it up. “I was sold a 18' pool with deluxe package. The filter was a Sequel I, you think that would have been upgraded when purchasing the deluxe package. I have had hoses pop off the equipment about 6 times now, 5 of them were at the heater. I even tried to replace the rubber flexible couplers. After a few weeks I found the problem. The kid used reducers on every hookup. They ran 1.5" flex pipe to 1.5 to 1.25 couplers. When I removed the one at the heater, I found a PVC reducer going down to 1". When I called the store and told them this might be the problem, I assumed someone would come out and fix it. No one called or came out to fix it. I ended up removing the reducer and plumbed in a 1.5" connector, Everything has been fine since.The people in the store are great, but the pool package is way to high for what you get.”
“Featuring an impressive selection of high quality billiards tables and supplies, poker and general game tables, and other bar and home furniture, this store is almost intimidating to walk through. I stopped in here with the goal of having a few pool cues fixed, and the staff was friendly and super helpful. I was quoted a reasonable price for the repairs, and the service was completed faster than the expected timeline I was given when dropping them off. Despite being likely a smaller transaction for them I felt like a valued customer for the entirety of my transaction, and was even recognized by the staff when picking up my cues. I would love to come back here for a larger furniture purchase in the future. Plenty of parking available.”
