“6.17.26 - had the best experience with the two leading MOD's. Overwhelming helpful and resourceful! Thank you for making it a great experience as a first time mom! The store its self is packed with a ton of goodies! I was impressed how much they had.”
“My mom gave my son a gift card here for his 2nd birthday & MAC was very patient with us as we went through building our car with our little 2 year old. He went over everything thoroughly and took his time with letting us know our options and pricing if we wanted to up-charge anything. I forgot to grab the other lady name that was working that day with him, but she was very nice and helpful as well. And she was also very warming and making my son feel comfortable.”
“First the selection here is great and very fairly priced, but secondly the workers here are second to none. They’re all very kind, friendly, engaging and have a clear passion and joy for what they do. It makes going to this store even more fun!”
“Pinwheels & Play Toys is hands down my favorite toy store in Minnesota! The owner always has the BEST variety of toys, squishies, games, and unique gifts you can’t find anywhere else. Every time I go in, I end up finding something fun for kids, teens, and even adults. The store is colorful, welcoming, and full of amazing finds. You can tell so much care goes into choosing the inventory. The owner (Brady) and his employees are always so welcoming & ready to help in any way they can! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for the perfect gift or just want a fun shopping experience!”
“Please place has everything you are looking for. I personally wasn’t expecting it to be that great. Visited this place with plenty of money or a credit hard with a high balance. Staff is very friendly”
“Of course my family and I had to stop at the LEGO store during our visit to the Mall of America! My 5yo son picked out a build-your-own minifig set and we loved the giant Lego displays above the store; the helicopter and Gundam are especially incredible! You can buy pretty much any themed Lego set here, including Star Wars, Harry Potter, Back to the Future, Lord of the Rings and way more. They also have a free play area where kids can tinker. A MUST visit for anyone ages 8-88!”
“It’s a museum, it’s a toy store, it’s a game shop, it’s an experience one must have! Full of stunning Lego (or Lego adjacent) custom builds of military aircraft and vehicles. Showcases the art and skill of true Brick Masters! It is inspiring just to see what can be created!”
“Great experience from start to finish. They did an excellent job customizing the swing exactly to my specifications, including the width and rope length. They were also very accommodating with the delivery date, which I really appreciated. Communication throughout the process was quick, clear, and very professional. The quality of the swing is outstanding. I’m a very happy customer and highly recommend them.”

“We had the best time at this store! Raven and L were SO great with my kids. ? They took music requests, danced with us and helped us find the perfect squishables. One of the best costumer experiences I’ve had with my kids! Thanks for making our time so special!”
“The cutest children’s toy shop (and as an adult, I wanted everything). Unique gifts, stationery, candy, high quality toys, and more. My young friend loved her birthday present, wrapped beautifully!”
“The pie is to DIE for. When you walk in, you get to pet the Zebra from Zimbabwe which I think is rad. Prices are great too! Selection always proper as well and the staff is really knowledgeable especially Jeff and his love for pumpkin pie. No...I did not have Mushrooms”
“Walked in looking for game asked the associate josh if they had it stock they didn’t no biggie but that’s not the end of it I was shown another game exactly like what I was originally looking for and I got a kendama plus josh was nice enough to show me a little demo on how the kendama works so happy with my purchases plus i appreciate the kindness of the associate josh it’s super rare to have someone like him”
“Great employees and great customer services!! I love pre ordering their product and they always give me a call the day it arrived! Will always stick to supporting small business store ! they save me gases from driving around to different locations <3 truly the best! 10/10!”

“I went to Kiddywampus in Hopkins for the first time the other day! What an amazing toy store! They literally have a little bit of everything including, Barbie, Legos, and Playmobile. I saw art kites, puppets, science kits, books, dress up clothes, stuffed animals and games just to name a few. They had toys for all ages from 0 to 100! They offer gift wrapping and there is even a space for parties or events! It will take a few visits to see everything! Since I have a bunch of kids in my life I will definitely be visiting again and again!”

“Love this place! They make shopping for baby stuff so straightforward and enjoyable. Egle was an immense help in finding the best stroller/car seat combo and custom tailored the selection to our needs and lifestyle. They know their products and are super informative!”
“Games by James is legit. These days, I find myself struggling to coordinate the people and time to play games like I used to. But in this store, I was inspired.
Time will tell if it comes to fruition, but seeing a collection that is passionate, complete, and inviting reminds me of how much fun it is to be into board games.
They've got staples: party games, dice games, card games, classics. But where they really shine are the local games and modern board games. They have something for everyone, from simple to learn ones to games that become all day events.
And that's the fun of games: someone has made a game for your exact taste. And the guys working in here know how to help you find it.”
“Sweets is my go to when it comes to kendamas. I ordered online and left a note asking if they could give me a well balanced kendama for the one I was ordering and they did! They left me the specs of the dama on my packing slip and gave me some candy too! Shout out to the sweets team for spreading the love really do appreciate it!”
“We have only been to this location once but had a great experience. They have a large space to sit down and play games. They carry cards, comics, games, and more. There comic section is large than other locations and they carry back issues! We were pleasantly surprised when we came in and they had tons of comic bundles and discounted issues. We were able to find a few new series to check out. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back to this location in the future!”
“Beautiful store and, wow, what a selection of the latest baby items, especially for newborns and new mommies! Maegge and Kavi were incredibly helpful in the Edina store. The store is a must for buying special gifts to celebrate the new baby; the gift wrapping is gorgeous, and, again, you will find something that no one else carries, especially onesies and sweet baby stuffies, toys and books. While the store seems like an elegant boutique, Pacifier, a woman-owned local business with four locations, carries a lot of inventory and they are serious about their merchandise. Maegge and Kavi went out of the their way to find a product for me, and ultimately found it in another store. I look forward to shopping at Pacifier again and again. Very special place.”
“Great store even if you’re not an educator to get really great quality toys that are also developmentally beneficial. They also have lots for the kiddos to play with in the store to try it out before you buy.”
“Friendly staff | Good product variety We dropped by here a few days before their grand opening this coming Friday. This is definitely an excellent place to shop for birthday gifts, seasonal decor, stocking stuffers, and toy drives. Today, we wanted to shop for toy donations for our town, and this place hits a lot of departments and age ranges. Electronics, season decorating, toys, makeup/skincare/hair, art and design, clothing, snacks... there is a little bit of everything. Most things are $5, but there are some items below and some labeled higher than $5, like a giant nutcracker is $35. Honestly, some things were worth the $5/$6. They have items, like Harry Potter, Disney, SpongeBob, Gabbys Dollhouse, and Sanrio, that you would find at a Daiso and Miniso. The quality is a step up from your average dollar store though. I was surprised to find a wide variety of skincare items: ice globes, masks, serums, beauty tools, vanity sets... I also saw lots of snacks like Pockey Sticks, energy drinks, popcorn and chips, and some candy I would find at an Asian grocery store. The staff were friendly and greeted us more than once. They're very busy and still setting things out on shelves. Lots of people shopping already! This is definitely your shop if you are shopping on a budget and want cute things.”
“Now in a new and much bigger store, this spot feels like a toy-and-game galaxy calling every wandering Padawan inside. Shelves stretch from floor to ceiling, loaded with puzzles, party games, strategy epics, fidgets, flying discs, and every curiosity you can imagine. A Jedi could lose an entire hyperspace cycle exploring all the colors, textures, and clever designs here.
A bright, inviting layout makes browsing easy, and the massive selection ensures there’s something for every age, every mood, and every mission. If your quest involves finding a unique gift, a new family game night favorite, or just a bit of playful whimsy, the Force is definitely strong in this expanded space.”
“We stopped by Build A Bear to get my daughter’s birthday bear. We had so much fun and loved talking to the employee who helped us stuff the bear! We added on the Mall of America shirt to commemorate our trip. It was a great way to celebrate her birthday and create a keepsake.”
“Brought our kids here to get their ears pierced for the first time. There was only one employee working at the time, but she was fantastic. She did a great job at managing both the register and us and had a great attitude the whole time. She made the experience great for my kids and engaged with them well. I would highly recommend this location.”
“Store manager Jessica is awesome. She had a lot of patience with my questions and helped me a ton with a discount she provided in the store. Definitely coming back when we’re in town!!”

“A well-stocked outpost in the realm of play, this Calendars Games & Toys location is a treasure trove for Padawans and Masters seeking fun across the galaxy. Shelves overflow with puzzles, plush creatures, Nerf blasters, and more board games than stars in a midnight sky – truly, one could train here for hours and never grow bored.
The layout is clear and easy to navigate, with signs guiding your path like calm whispers of the Force. And while the staff do not hover like droids, they appear swiftly if summoned – helpful and present without disturbing your quest.
If your family seeks game-night power, or if your calendar needs renewal for the coming seasons, this is a worthy stop.
Many items were even marked at 50% off – a deal that would make any Jedi raise an eyebrow.
May your dice roll true.”
“Love everything about this place. Adorable and perfect for imaginary play. The designer is genius! Getting gift cards for my grandkids for Christmas. And I LOVE the Christian music playing. More HOPE please! ??”
“Hands down THE BEST toy store in Minnesota! My daughter has grown up in this store - their amazing and versatile selection of toys never fails to impress us. All the employees are so welcoming and personable. It’s a toy shopping experience like no other.”
“What a wonderful place for kids. The story time was so lively and fun, with music and some educational things thrown in too. There are all kinds of train set ups, a bouncy house, and other toys to play with. Highly reccomend giving Choo Choo Bob’s a visit.”
