When i called to speak to someone..i was met with very polite and pleasant customer service. Even with it being so close to the holidays, i want to thank the team lead cindy for going above and beyond for a customer..she added another container of the product i purchased free of charge for the inconvenience and went out of her way to add a very nice merry christmas note as well for me..merry christmas to you and your family cindy and you made my day and my christmas with such a small act of kindness that ment so much.”
