“Great local store! Has all the bait you would need. With a gas pump on the water with 91 octane gas this place is a go to spot for summer days. The Carmel rolls are to die for. Order ahead or get there early. An abundance of snacks throughout is sure to keep you full throughout the weekend. Glad this place it's thriving since it is the only spot in a 10 mile radius for essentials.”
“SUCH nice people! I ran out of gas a few miles from town, and without the help of Byron, the Dalton Corner Store owner, and his wife, I would've been in serious trouble. First point in their favor: they keep empty jugs specifically for gas emergencies, so I didn't have to buy a separate container or funnel. In addition, the corner store owner took time out of his day to give me a ride back out to my car -- AND he helped me make sure the gas made it into my tank!! 100% recommend supporting this small-town stop.”
